I saw one of the female employees groping themselves. I was disgusted. I also saw a swastika belt buckle on one of the customers. Not a very pleasant environment to enjoy an iced coffee in.

Everyone is super friendly here and efficient. I just started working nearby recently so this has been my go to Starbucks. The employees remember you and your drinks (not mine yet but I always get different things). I came in one time with my boyfriend with the worst cough ever and one of the employees asked me if it was ok to add lemon and honey for my cough– how thoughtful! I’ll never forget that. Simple things like that mean a lot! Excellent :)

I avoid this place for several reasons, but more importantly there are better options for a good cup of coffee in downtown Rye. Do yourself a favor and keep searching for a local establishment that prides itself on quality over quantity. If you are looking for a place to sit and people watch then this may be a spot for you. There is generous seating, which is usually taken up by folks hammering out emails and the next great American novel. Grab a seat in here if you can, but find somewhere else in town for your daytime drink desires!

Just renovated this location. Seating not as comfortable as before. But this is by design. Needed to be updated as this location is twenty years old. Still same coffee and food.

What can I say? We all know why we are here right? That amazing caffeine delivery. This location is nice enough. Staff is always friendly and fast with my order. But my biggest beef is this LA Boulange newness. Bring back the old stuff!

Would have given it 5 stars but was absolutely repulsed today. I went to use the restroom right after an employee. Heard the toilet flush, the girl comes out literally a second later, heard no dryer sound. Went in to find the sink bone dry. So gross– if you work in a food establishment you need to wash your hands.

Employees are polite and make your drinks quickly. I hate the actual coffee used, but love how they mask it with sugary goodness. It is a treat drink for me at this point, sadly. Best things to get are the iced caramel macchiatos and the white chocolate mocha fraps (seasonal).
I spent many hours here while in high school and during reunions when my friends and I were attending college. This Starbucks has a homier feel to it when compared to others.
Best seats are by the windows. Like another review stated, you have a certain level of privacy if you sit by them. I’ve never gone on a date here, though. Not sure I’d want to, considering I see way too many people I know whenever I sit down and enjoy my coffee. This can be good or bad in a small town such as Rye, depending on who you see.

The tables near the front window are especially popular with the later group as they provide amble space, yet still leave the opportunity for a discreet under the table accidental knee brush up.
