I was travelling & near the end of the month, so time was critical (had to close the books for end of month paychecks). James took care of the problem & had my
computer back to me the next day. Cost was reasonable.

They are good. My parents and I both use them for all of our computer updates, repairs, etc. They are knowledgeable, quick, prices are fine, willing to help over phone when possible and have on line services as well.
