Decent place. A few local places to get a drink and eat at near by. Apollo Beach and Little Harbor are reasonably close which is great. Just beware of the older folks who have nothing better to do all day than watch every move you make while peeping from their blinds. Pretty sad how some people’s lives consists of only having this to do all day. I think you will get a small batch of these types at any retirement park. They are easy to pick out too. Just look for such characteristics as nosy, miserable, fed up with everything, complainers, zero activities to do and gossipy. Sad really.

This is a nice park with really nice people. However, they advertise that they have free wi-​fi but don’t believe it! If you are awake between 2 and 5 AM you MIGHT get consistent wi-​fi. If you get it during other hours it’s only for a few minutes at a time. It constantly kicks you off and makes you log in over and and over and over some more! They provided a tech support number but guess what? No one answers and no one calls you back if you leave a message. The office staff at this park is not very helpful and they don’t share information with each other. They provide lots of inaccurate/​inconsistent info when you ask questions. We let office know we would be in Mexico for 2 weeks (we left our RV there). Staff called me in Mexico to let me know I had a package to pick up. Seriously? Also found out later that you are supposed to sign out when leaving the park overnight. No one in office has told us that either before or since. Rent is very reasonable, especially if you compare to other area parks. So with all this said, I would still stay here long term but I would have to install my own internet and ask questions of the residents before I would ask the staff.
