Every time I came here, I never had to wait more than 5 minutes on a Sunday or Saturday morning. They know how to manage he dining area very well and the staff are always very friendly and fast! I had the Greek omelette for breakfast and it was probably the best omelette and home fries I’ve ever had! The home fries come with green peppers, onions and seasonings which makes it full of flavor! And there’s also the Main Street café special which is two eggs any style, home fries, one type of meat and a side of pancakes or French toast for only $ 7.95! That is a deal that can’t be missed and the amount of food that gets served is very generous! Main Street café is officially one of my favorite breakfast spots in the area!

Breakfast was exactly what we wanted… cheap and greasy! The food was great and the prices were even better. However, our group was very displeased by the service. We had a group of 7. Upon coming in we were greeted by a younger hostess who seemed less than pleased to see us. She went to the other room to see if there was space. Upon coming back, she told another hostess that there were of us and made a motion of shooting herself in the head. Not something I enjoy seeing when i am coming here to support the business. About 10 minutes later another group of 7 came in. The hostess was delighted to see this group because they were regulars. Within 5 minutes they were sitting, placing their order and we were still standing and waiting for a table. Our waitress was nothing to rave about. She was there to do here job and get paid. Never smiled. She went through the motions as she was supposed to. When she did come to check on us, we couldn’t even get 2 words out before she was walking away. Needless to say, we won’t be back for the service… Come for the cheap breakfast but dont come back unless your a regular or don’t care about crappy service

This place has the best eggs-benedict in the land!!! Well… its up there! Friendly quick service and great food cooked to order. It’s clean and pleasant. I would go there everyday for the aforementioned eggs-benedect. We do wish they had salsa or fresh pico. This is because we prefer to use salsa or pico in place of ketchup(since most ketchup in our country has a well known poison called high fructose corn syrup). The food – sans ketchup(and no salsa) – is all around great though, and we highly recommend it.

We eat here 2 – 3 times a week. The food is really good and the specials are interesting. The staff are like friends– remember your name and your preferences. The prices are cheap, coffee is good.

We have been here for breakfast several times. They always seem to have a special french toast and they never disappoint. They offer a sweet treat with some specials and it’s usually pretty tasty. The breakfast is solidly good. Prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly. We’ve been to the other place up the street and we are going back to Main Street Café again and again.

We came here because Anna Marie’s had a line out the door on Sunday. Nice hostess and wait staff. We were seated right away. I had the Kielbasa and eggs. It was very good, and would definitely get it again next time I’m in the area.

Go here every weekend. The specials are amazing and the staff is very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Really great local breakfast… Main Street café has to compete with Annamarie’s up two blocks and I think Main Street café is better; real eggs and much more innovative specials.

Stopped in here for the first time. Very attentive staff and great food. Food came hot and properly prepared. My wife has an allergy that the server noted the necessary meal changes, and it was all prepared correctly. Very reasonable prices too.

Fast, good and reasonably priced. What more could you want.\? My partner and I stopped in for lunch on Saturday. He had the cheese steak wrap with fries and I had the vegetable and egg wrap with cheese. I was offered a combination of 4 vegetables from a variety of 7 or 8. Right up my alley. Plus there was really well browned home fries. Less than $ 20 with tip.

Great little spot! The French toast was amazing(it was fluffy and flavorful). A lot of people complain about the service, but I’m realizing this is a family place. And I’d rather have them keep it that way than have rude or disrespectful servers. GREATFOODANDSERVICE. DEFINITELYCOMINGBACKNEXTTIME I HAVE A BASKETBALLTOURNAMENTINSPRINGFORD!

Why stand in line for hours at Anna Maries for subpar food and service when you can go to Main Street and get the best?! The service is always fantastic, the food has always been good, and it really IS the place where everyone knows your name. The owner is engaging and friendly. I visit regularly and the staff always greet us with a hearty welcome and even remember my order. «The usual today?». No doubt about it, Main St Café is the best of Royersford!

The coffee is terrible but the food is great, definitely better than the overhyped Annamarie’s up the street. Steelers stuff decorates the walls so that’s an added bonus for me.

Great local joint with friendly service and good food. I got the Philly experience with the South Philly breakfast wrap and scrapple. Loved both, as well as the homefries it came with. I’ll be back for more!

I’ve been here a few times for breakfast. Today I got the ultimate western omelette. 3 eggs peppers onions chili and cheese. It is amazing! Added a little of their house hot sauce and it’s perfect. The home fries are great too! They put flavor in them, not just crispy bland potatoes like most places. Friendly staff and patrons. Definitely recommend and we will be back!

After many trips into King of Prussia and Phenioxville, I decided to cruse out west to Royersford and I’ m glad I did. First time to Main Street and my party of five left very happy and full. Very rainy and chilly today and the food was quite comforting as was the service staff! We arrived around 11:00, place was busy but we only waited five or so minutes for a table! The staff was very accommodating to get us seated, thanks. Drink order was place and in a timely manor delivered to the take our food order. My Greek egg white omelette was hot and flavorful, loved the home fries. Sister-in-law had the crab Benedict and really enjoyed it. Son orders a meat lovers omelet and devoured it like his last meal then topped it of with a cookies and cream rice crispy bar. Brother had the two eggs over easy with turkey sausage(thanks for having turkey sausage), nephew loved his Denver wrap! I I have searched for a new spot to eat a really good, hot and flavorful breakfast that doesn’t break the bank… found it! I travel from my home in Wilmington to Downingtown then to Valley Forge every Sunday to visit family and go out for Breakfast, this will be a regular spot in our Sunday Brunch tour. Keep up the great work!

Thought I would try a new place out for breakfast in the Royersford area and decided to give Main Street Café a try. This place felt more like a diner than a café to me, both from the atmosphere and the menu. There is a counter where you can eat at, or they do have tables to sit at. This place is decent size and certainly much bigger than Annemarie’s up the street. The menu items were similar items I could find at any diner, but with less selection. The menu itself contained ads, which annoys me. I went with the short stack of cinnamon raisin french toast and a side of crispy bacon. A short stack gives you 2 pieces of bread. If you don’t like raisin’s, they are easy to pick off as they are just sprinkled on top and not baked into the bread or anything. Food was good and prices were certainly very reasonable. I actually liked the coffee here and thought it was better than Annemarie’s. Service was also good, although I did have to ask for a refill on the coffee. There was definitely a much older crowd there and they all seem to be regulars. All in all, a good place and I certainly would go back if I was looking for a basic breakfast at good prices.

I got the breakfast cheesesteak wrap, not greasy at all. So good! It was delicious! They put the wrap on the grill so it was nice and crisp. Their home fries are made with red bliss potatoes with a little spice. Everything was grease free and yummy!

This place opened in the space previously occupied by Bent Note Café and Rofo Café. The place is larger than Annemarie’s a few blocks down. The food is OK, not as good as Annamarie’s. While the owner is trying hard, they are still getting over the opening blues and they often fall behind on a busy weekend or holiday. Both times we were there it took about 15 min to be seated and another 30 – 40 min before our food arrived. Hope they fix these issues quickly, so that they can turn into a thriving business.
