The ice cream was disgusting. I ordered a cookie dough blizzard, and it tasted like citrus fruit. It was so bad that I couldn’t eat more than a few bites. They didn’t even mix the topping all the way through the blizzard. Just some cookie dough on the top. I won’t be returning.

Worse drive thru ever. Waited 10 minutes just for someone to take our order than had to wait another 5 for our order. Waited 4 minutes till I got home to eat my cookie sundae only for the cookie to be rock hard. Will not be returning.

Wow, can’t believe the poor reviews this place has received. This will be my 3rd straight Sunday visiting this location, and I think the place is pretty clean and ice cream is good! Staff could be a little friendlier, but I’m looking for good ice cream, not necessarily a new best friend.

Too-soft ice cream. Kids working don’t pay attention to you and chat with each other. Bad ice cream. I like DQ, but not this one!

Is it possible to give a zero star review? Do not go here. In fact, this place needs to be reported to the dept of health. The counters where the workers prepared the ice cream were filthy from previous ice cream making. Ice cream was dripping from the main machine onto the floor. The sink was filled with utensils and equipment. There was a 5 gallon sized tub of cherries on the counter and the workers would just grab a spoon and pour cherries over a sundae. Any extra cherries would fall back into the big vat. Over and over. When leaving we walked around to the back of the building and saw multiple trash bags lined up, not in a trash can or dumpster, just thrown on the floor. The door was propped open and there was no screen or anything to prevent bugs or rodents from walking right in. We witnessed a younger employee making a hot meal and were immediately disgusted by the preparation techniques: no gloves, cross contamination from using the same utensil, and the«prep counter» was filled with scraps of food and debris from previous meals. It was awful.
