Absolutely horrible service! I called to check on my son’s prescription and the young guy who answered gives me attitude, because it’s not in the system. I tell him they sent it electronically hours ago and he throws snide comments and tells me to call the pediatrician back. The pediatrician had to personally call them. I work full time, so I know how frustrating work can be, but when you are in a service industry, you should NOT be permitted to make snide comments.

Terrible service from the pharmacy MANAGER. I am so angry that i had to sign up for Unilocal to write this review. When i visited to get my prescript medicine, they could not find me on there computer. That, was totally fine but when the manager came to talk to me because other people could not find me online, was terrible. The manager is supposed to be the most helpful and leading. However, the manager came up speaking in a very bitter tone. Giving me eye rolls. My prescription was faxed instead of electronic mail. Is that my fault that they missed the prescription? And i am stilling waiting (20minutes now) to get my medicine. What a great manager right?

This is my in store experience during peek hours during a snow storm. Angry disgruntled pharmacists. Painfully slow pharmacy assistants. Long waits. Zero organization skills.
One sentence to sum it up: I’d rather have a root canal at DMV then wait for a prescription fill in-​store.
The lesson learned: call it in and pick it up after work.
Alternative option: never get sick.

Mark the Pharmacist is terrific, he is never too busy to answer a question or concern, he kind of reminds you of the old time pharmacist. that is a hard find now a days.

Pharmacists are very helpful and super fast!!! Walked in a 15 mins later had my prescription. Awesome!
