The owner of Access Audio was professional and courteous during my initial call for an estimate, and was able to complete the job within $ 35 of the initial estimate.
I had several items installed, including a new stereo with connections to the steering wheel and an ipod cable, 4 new speakers, a SiriusXM tuner, and a rear view camera. The staff stayed extra late to finish the job and get it right the first time. The owner even took time to show me a few functions of the new stereo even though the store had been closed for almost 2 hours by that point.
When I initially called a competitor for an estimate, their cost was almost $ 600 more than Access to install the same components! I was very afraid that Access had severely underestimated the work, and that after installation I was going to get a large bill for «extras» that I didnt know about — but No! They stayed within 5% of the original estimate!
My experience shows me that Access cares about my business, providing a competitive quote that was most appropriate for my specific needs, and going above and beyond to then meet those needs.

Here is an example of the little company that could. While the Big Box stores threaten to cut out the little electronics stores, but this place keeps on trucking. A great place to find deals on car audio and even GPS units. Highly recommended!

Thanks, but no thanks. Store credit was NOT offered to me when I called you, even after I explained my special circumstances. You are only offering it after I posted bad review. If you would have done that when I called you, you would have earned customer who would return. Now I will have no use for store credit, since I will never use your business and never support it by spending even penny! Good luck! I will also post my experience everywhere I see option to do that. It was not a last minute cancellation, you had two weeks to fill that slot. I had it for less than 24 hrs and everything up to my anointment date was filled. I know that because I could not get appointment day earlier, since you were all booked up. I hope those $ 40 are worth it, enjoy them.
