Whatever you do, don’t use this company. I had a terrible experience and literally spent 8 hours cleaning up after the (cleaning) service– go figure. The grout wasn’t completely clean and the grout sealing was almost comical– it left our floor like the surface of a sticky movie theater– this is where the 8 hours of cleaning up came in. The satisfaction guarantee is a joke– he just wants your money. I tried to reconcile with the owner/​operator and he offered me a gift certificate to use him again! Don’t pay until you see the results (which is when the surface is dry). His satisfaction guarantee doesn’t consist of giving your money back (check cashed same day). Beware and wait until you can really asses the work.
I paid over a thousand dollars– and what I got in return was a lot of clean up.
