Signs of the West

I purchased two signs from this business on two separate transactions. The first internet order was received 10 days after purchase. The second order was placed on 2÷17÷12, it is now 4÷3÷12 and the order has not yet been received. I placed a call on 3÷13÷12 to check on the status and to inform them I had not received my order. I was told by Kathy Gilbert that another order would be shipped out along with an e-​mail regarding a tracking number. I waited patiently, taking her word. Two weeks passed with no package. Another phone call was placed and a voicemail was left on the main line informing them I still had not received my order. I placed 6 calls total with no answer or return phone call. Finally 3÷30÷12 I received an e-​mail along with a tracking number that my order had been shipped. Horrible customer service and lousy promises will not make a successful company.
If you are ordering items online, make sure you request a tracking number otherwise there is no proof that the item was shipped. Unfortunately, you will be charged although no product is received.
