I love Tim Hortons coffee and it’s literally one of the few things keeping me alive, however, since your employees can’t seem to get Special Orders right, such as «plain bagel, toasted, with butter» I have pretty much given up on asking for things like that. While I am sure some people like untoasted onion bagels with cream cheese, it’s mostly the surprise if I am on the road and get this package. Today I ordered at the drive through, asked for the bagel, not toasted, and a coffee, black as looking for the proper levels of cream ans sugar that I like –NEVER– happens.
Today however, a Festivus Miracle!
I got home, expecting to find a random bagel with lox, and crossed my fingers that the cup had some hot beverage that might have relation to a coffee bean.
Know what was in it? Coffee, with cream and sugar, and a plain bagel, toasted, with butter! Not a damn bit of relation to what I actually ordered, but. EXACTLY. WHAT. I. WANTED!
How do you do that? And better yet, since you always get my orders wrong the other times, is that saying your mind reading abilities are getting in to some deep-​rooted desires on my part?

Like the legions of reviewers — this place just doesn’t have good customer service. Primarily I think it’s the Wayne County sourced staff. You don’t find this in states without the large urban centers or the more north you go around here.
Nevertheless, other than the fairly bad customer service I absolutely HATE their lids and the fact they overfill every coffee order. What happens is when you open the lid the coffee dumps out onto your lap. So my procedure here is quite simple. I order my coffee, take it, pull forward, open my door and hold the coffee out while opening the lid. The spill goes on the ground and then I dump out about 10−15% of the coffee. So it’s a combination of the worlds worst lids and a constant over filling of coffee cups.
Also the small cups here are SMALL — like shot glasses. Starbucks small is a nice, slim cup with a great lid and a stick stuck in blocking the coffee. I USUALLY try to drive the extra 1 – 2 miles to Starbucks instead but sometimes I am just too lazy or in a hurry and have to deal with this place.

The customer service here is unbelievably bad. If it wasn’t for their convenient location, I would do my best to avoid it.

I live across from this location and as far as Tim Hortons go, this place does just an ok job. I’d say they mess up my coffee order at least once every 5 times I go there. When I get a breakfast sandwich from there it is always sloppy and looks like someone without thumbs put it together. And what’s with the trash cans? Can’t you change them once in a blue moon? But I still end up coming all the time because it’s the easiest quickest way for me to get a sandwich and coffee when I work insanely early in the morning. I just wish they would actually listen to people when they complain.

I think it’s the consistency of poor service over the last year that has driven me to write this review. I recommend the franchise owner listen to recordings of the drive thru conversations. Or, maybe they just don’t care because the place seems to stay packed. I recommend the Biggby down the street, I’ll be going there from now on.

Your trash cans are over flowing EVERY day with no urgency to empty. Perhaps empty it during peak hours… HELLO!!!

Not a very polite staff and they often mess up my order. There are a few very friendly employees but unfortunately they don’t make up for their coworkers’ slack.

No white mocha, decent chicken wrap snacker.
At first we were met with attitude, but it quickly was defused with a smile and politeness on our part. There are no barista’s, only machines and counter staff.
Through whatever misunderstanding I ended up with a raspberry white hot chocolate rather than a mocha with a bit of raspberry. It was tasty but very sweet.
The place was clean and comfy.

Good Coffee. A little slow on the service. Frustrating as they just got new computer menus but it still often lists items they are out of or dont have.

Stopped in for Oatmeal
And unlike McDonalds, found out they do NOT serve it all day.
Staff was less than friendly.

Good, solid place for coffee at a reasonable price. I’ve never had their sandwiches or doughnuts — just coffee!

I don’t drink coffee but I do eat donuts. A little on the slow side but really nice people and the product is always fresh. The price is right and it’s so close to work it’s easy to get in and to get out, then back to my office with a treat for the whole staff.
