Dr Sweep

No, no, no. Long story short, we got a groupon, and what we thought would be one-​two visits has now turned into four (not because of the size of the job, but because of their disorganization. Forgetting parts, not scheduling enough time, showing up late, etc.) Every single time they have come, they have given us a three hour window of when they will be here, and have shown up almost an hour after the window was over. The last time they were here they were supposed to install a cap on our chimney (which didn’t get done the time before because they were an hour late and ran out of time), but the guy who had been here the time before misestimated the size, so they ended up not being able to do the work and had to reschedule. So now the fourth visit is scheduled with a FOUR HOUR time window. Because everyone has four hours to wait around for someone to come do a job that should have been already done, right? So frustrating. I would not recommend them to anybody.

One great experience and one good experience and the prices were good…
We found Dr. Sweep through their Groupon. We had just moved and were renting our old house. The old house had an extensive crack the ran down the better part of the back exterior brick wall. The Dr. Sweep guy came and not only fixed that but also some bad parts on the front porch, and a corner brick that had been damaged years ago! The Groupon was for 4 hrs of work and I was surprised how much they got done in that time. The work was great.
