I would not recommend Chinn Jewelry. My husband and I are new to the area and looking for a jeweler to take our rings to. I needed to have my wedding band & engagement ring sautered again. When we walked in, we were not greeted by anyone. It took a good 5 minutes before anyone stopped what they were doing to come and ask what was needed. I was very specific on how I wanted my rings done and expressed that to the gentleman. When we came back a couple days later, they charged our card before we even saw the ring (our mistake in not waiting) and when we did, we were very disappointed. They did not sauter the rings as I asked. They then argued with us that it was the only way it could be done. They didn’t try to make it better. Clearly all they did was place the rings on a size bar and done! Since we did not trust them, we kept the rings and took them to a different place. We were treated much better, and they understood and perfected how the rings should be. If you are looking for a jeweler that only will deliver perfection, this is NOT the place to go.

This is an amazing family business. My parents went here. I go here. They have tons a beautiful jewelry. Many of it made in Michigan. Engagement rings, other rings, watches, necklaces, bracelets, estate jewelry and earrings. You can get just about anything repaired here. They do engraving. I go here for my watch batteries.
They carry a line of Irish /​Celtic jewelry right from Dublin.
They are always very friendly and helpful. Please support this local family business. This isn’t one of those chain stores. You will find quality, unique products here. You won’t be sorry.
