2015 — went to Arts Beats and eats as a volunteer today. Good array of music, food, games and booths to purchase items.
I’m not a fan of all the «business» booths such as windows, home repairs and such but I guess you have to let all vendors be there?
From the beer and alcohol to the sheer amount of booths this is not your typical art fair. Enjoyed a wide variety today after volunteering at the Lions beverage tent.
One tip: I would not recommend pre-​purchasing tickets you have a large family going. I did and I think I wasted money — got admin tickets, free rides and a parking pass for each day, a little over board as I think one day will do it. In the future I will only pre-​purchase if I have a large group or can give away what I can’t use!
