Absolutely the biggest rip off. $ 3 a mile after you pay $ 3.50 for the driver to put the car in drive. Dispatch was not very friendly and not really bright. DOWNLOAD UBER

Receptionist is very rude bitter old woman. Hung up on me and would not give me any information on the kind of cars they use. Was trying to ask if my ski set would be able to fit in the car. Horrible people. Rather walk than use their services. Take the bus over using this company.

I called and was told 20 – 30 minutes for a taxi. I was waiting next to my phone and looking out the front window. After 50 minutes I called back. The dispatcher LIED and said there were already there and they called me 5 times and then left (my phone never rang, never received a voicemail and no one was in front of the place.) The dispatcher proceeded to hang up on me. I have never dealt with a more disrespectful taxi service.
Do not do business with this company.

I almost had the same experience as Lisa M., but I guess I was lucky!
I needed to take a cab to the airport because it would’ve been cheaper than paying parking for 2 weeks. Like Lisa said, the website DOES state a $ 65 flat rate from Royal Oak to the airport– which isn’t cheap, but again– cheaper than parking at DTW.
The cab driver and I were chatting it up about the shit weather and voting for president when he asked me if I usually take cabs to DTW– «not a cheap trip». I quickly mentioned the $ 65 flat rate I was promised online and he called his manager. Luckily she was okay with giving me the rate– but I was a little set back that he didn’t know about it. He told me it would have been twice as much if we had been running the meter.
My driver was friendly and a safe driver, and even showed up a few minutes early, so I’d recommend A&A, but confirm the flat rate with whoever you make a reservation with on the phone and make sure to confirm it with the driver as soon as you sit down on those ripped up leather seats! :) Safe travels!

BEWARE! Made the mistake of calling the second time for airport cab. First time — 3 weeks ago/​called for airport cab. Their webiste has FLAT RATES Royal Oak to Metro Airport $ 65.00. En route to the airport — cab driver told me that those «rates arent really what they charge» and he would HAVE to charge me more — to the tune of $ 98.00 ONE WAY by the time I got dropped off at the airport — I had no choice.
Made the mistake of recently calling again (not realizing that I was calling same bad cab company) and requesting an a, pickup/​same scenoario. Royal Oak to Metro — again/​rates online state $ 65.00.
Cab drove up 10 minutes late the next morning — same driver/​realized my error.
I handed him the web page with all of their FLAT RATES. What did he do? He drove 14 miles out of the way — while charging me on the meter. I was directing him to get to the Southfield — instead he took me through downtown Royal Oak and up through Clawson — back through Royal Oak to 696. Half Hour of aimless driving.
He chargecd me $ 79.00 ONE WAY.
THIS CAB COMPANY DOES NOT ADHERE TO THEIR POSTED RATES AND ARE IN IT TO SCAM CUSTOMERS.
