Their pharmacy is HORRIBLE! My mother had an amputation and needed her pain meds. They said the perscribers numbers didn’t match on the prescription. How is that possible when she just left the hospital an hour before? The pharmacists told me to call the doctor and give him the phone. Really? My phone? I did and he spoke to the doctor on my cell and still said it didn’t work. I went to CVS in JP, NOPROBLEMS! Go to CVS, faster and better customer service. Plus the manager at Walgreens is a real pain to deal with, nothing but attitude.

It’s Walgreens, expectations are low. People walked up to me in the parking lot asking for money. It’s in a fairly bad part of town. On the positive note, it’s a little larger than the Tremont location. They do have most items in stock also.

I rarely ever walk into this Walgreens expecting good customer service. However, when the service is bad… it is bad. They do have just about anything you would like to find at a Pharmacy, however the place lacks some hygiene. The manager is just plain rude and as soon as I walk in the one thing I look forward to the most is walking right back out after purchasing what I need.

They have all the stuff you would expect at a Walgreens. Plus prices are good unlike the one in Dudley. They have parking which is nice.

I recently walked past a screaming baby left cooking in an unlocked/open windowed car and an overturned chocolate cake in the parking lot of this Walgreens. But they have Haribo Brixx for $ 1.19. 1 extra star awarded.

oh how i miss the CVS in JP. this place is a disaster. 1st, they don’t open until 8am. the store is always a mess, the staff are lethargic and unhelpful. many times i’ve gone up to the register to find no one working there. and depending what you need, it’s a roll of the dice each day if they will have it. take 5 more minutes out of your day and go to CVS on center st for a much better time.

It’s Walgreens so… it doesn’t have much. I work right next to it so I currently hop over for some Hot Pockets or candy… party hats or Tylenol, whatever. A usual visit normally goes something like this… 1. Arrive, walk to food isle, stare at food until wanted product or similar food product found 2. Look for other wanted items, ask if they carry said items, they inevitably reply«no, but maybe Stop & Shop by Jackson Station would have it» 3. Give up 4. Proceed to check out, wait in 4-person line held up by someone arguing on mis-scanned/mis-priced item, clerk person says other cash register is open, buy products, leave 5. Clerk who had previously rung you up tries to pick you up in his car to drive you ‘where ever you’re going’ as you walk to the Jackson Square Station after work later that day.
