I’ll admit, I only come here to get my eyebrows done. Nothing else. They do my eyebrows the best here! I’ve tried many places for eyebrows and they just don’t touch here. Even my regular nail salon. My only complaint is that only one person (Hidi) does them so you can be waiting a while before you get serviced.

Ghetto, trashy horrible service don’t bother!!!

I can’t understand why this unprofessional establishment stays open. The owner is rude and has a lack of vocabulary because she uses profanity every other word. She screams and yells at her employees hence the reason they seen to always leave. I rather go elsewhere for better service, a comfortable environment, and someone that more knowledgeable with nail designs.

You know what I’ll admit it! My desperate moments don’t allow me to make better decisions in life and this was one of them Whoever hyped this place up! probably doesn’t want much out of life. Went in for a quick refill waited over 25 minutes I was about to deal with my ugly nails for drinks with the girls tonight and walk out til she tells me I’m up next hardly No new or fresh nail polish girlfriend Got the nerve! To be over priced! In the Hood! Than she has to nerve to ask you to wash your hands before she touches you I gladly replied sure when you clean your equipment than I’ll wash my hands! During the manicure she stops to talk to her boyfriend outside for 10 minutes while I wait in the chair with crazy looking fingers! Make the long story short I’m not impressed with my nails as usual when I come here once a year but hey that’s not her fault it’s mines for coming in… SHE REALLY NEEDS TO CHANGE THIS PLACE AROUND I STILL CAN NOT BELIEVE SHE STILL GETS BUSINESS!

I have to be honest. I’ve only come here to get my eyebrows done. It’s really the only girly thing I do. Not really into mani/pedis…I know crazy right? If you’re going for eyebrows you will not be disappointed! Heidi, who is the owner of the shop, does the eyebrows and she is the only person alive at this moment who I would let touch mine. I keep them pretty full but she shapes them so well I get so many compliments on them. AND it only costs $ 8!!! Even though I only get eyebrows done, it’s apparent they are good at everything they do because people are always in there getting their hands and feet done. The best time to go is during the week maybe during a lunch break or something because its hardly ever crowed at that time. Beware after those hours though because once people start getting off from work, it gets packed!
I would also recommend calling ahead of time if you’re going for eyebrows. Since Heidi is the only one who does them well, if she has stepped out for lunch or hasn’t come in yet for the day, you might be waiting. I made the mistake of taking the T there once after class without calling and wasted a lot of time because she wasn’t due in for a few more hours. I left and came back later. If you call, they always tell you when she is expected to be in and she comes when she says she’ll be there. It’s never been a huge problem since she’s there the majority of the time anyway.
I highly recommend this place for eyebrows especially. I’ve told all my friends and random strangers who ask me where I get my eyebrows done. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else and have no problem traveling from Allston to Roxbury just to get them done. If you’re into manicures and pedicures I would go ahead and just get everything done there as well because you won’t be disappointed.
