Terrible customer service. I don’t see anyone there but my partner of five years does. Everything is slow-paced, in terms of getting medication refills or just getting ahold of a nurse at all. Also, the answering machine says that it can take up to 3 days to receive reauthorization for a medication script… I know it’s up to the patient to be on top of getting meds refilled, but let’s be real here, everyone screws up once in a while and doesn’t realize they need to see a doctor before getting authorization for meds.

This is absolutely the worst Dr’s office I can imagine going to. This office has awful customer service. You can hear them talking about other patients(names included) from the waiting area. Everyone seems to not care that your there, and that quite frankly I felt like a bother every time I walked in the door. I continued going there because I loved my PA, Ellen. When she left I felt no desire to continue to give them my business. Dr Papinicalou is perfectly nice, but I’m a well educated person, in health care, and I often felt like I was being talked down to. If you want your results you need to call, wait on hold for about 30 minutes and then maybe someone will remember you’re there. If you try to check in the on-line portal, they never make it there. Every time I needed results printed for school or OH I had to call them to have them put the results into the portal. What’s the point of having a portal to see my medical info if I still have to spend 20 minutes on the phone and then have to wait days for them to get around to it. These are just my experiences, and I know how long they have been a practice in Rowley. I have no idea how they’ve made it, but people need to stop going there so they’ll realize how they treat patients is not acceptable. That’s just my story, my mother should really post about her latest experience, I bet she wouldn’t even give them a star if possible.
