I’ve been living here for a whole year & I don’t regret it at all. These apartments may be for low-​income but they have way bigger rooms than the apartments across the street which are NOT for low income people. The Palms apartments maintain clean at all times possible.

So the staff is helpful, friendly and nice.
Family moved in 8 months ago and let me tell you that their rent prices are the best on this side of LA.
In this high market rent economy a nice place to live with quality people is unheard of.
Just make sure to give the rental office a courtesy call about parking inside the property or get a parking permit because the enforce towing.
Check them out if you need an apartment. My family was on a waiting list for about 6 months though.
