this store sell really firm mattress in a good price，and deliver really soon. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

This place sells overpriced furniture which doesn’t get delivered as promised. Received a floor model when I ordered for a new one. Called them but they don’t care.
Paid cash to get «best» price, so can’t charge back if I had used a credit card. My mistake. Please stay away.

I went there a couple of days ago. Hal was very helpful. He didn’t have what I wanted on the showroom, so we looked through catalogs, I found what I wanted, Hal called to see that it was in stock, it was delivered today. It looks great. After going to the store I checked the same furniture online. As it turned out I saved several hundred dollars by shopping at Design Concepts. I don’t understand the bad reviews here, I’m very hard to please and I had no problems at all!

The furniture at this store is very nice and looks like high quality. very overpriced though. The salespeople are all Chinese and don’t really speak much English too. I felt uncomfortable walking around the store to look for furniture because the saleslady was following me like I was a big juicy steak and she was a 300lb beast that hadn’t eaten in years! Very bad customer service and salepeople who are too aggressive and rude.

The showroom has lot of furnitures but are very pricey. One of the salesperson has attitude and keep following me around the showroom. I felt like he was spying on me and afraid I will steal their items. There are some furnitures have no price on it and when I asked that saleperson he has to think for a long time. That saleperson need to go back to school and learn how to be a salesman or go to other furniture stores and learn how to provide a good customer service.

We went to this store last Saturday before noon, looking for a twin mattress. The store was a typical Asian furniture store, with typical furniture displayed. We negotiated a price, but the salesman wanted cash for it. So we told him we would have go visit the bank and will return after lunch to buy it. He agreed to sell us the mattress they had in stock, but didn’t say anything about requiring a deposit.
After lunch, we went back to the store, and the salesman called out the manager who told me to buy another mattress, one that we already told him we didn’t like during the morning visit. When I asked him why, he finally said he sold the mattress we agreed upon to someone else after we left. His attitude was not apologetic or even regretful, but instead he said «What do you expect when you didn’t put down a deposit?» I told him that’s the kind of attitude that will give his store a bad name and lose customers. A shouting match ensued, and we stormed out of the store.
We immediately found another furniture store and bought the same mattress that we wanted for even less. That store was Easy Living Furniture in Hacienda Heights, (626) 961‑4981.
I highly recommend NOT going to Design Concept Furniture unless you want to be cheated and manipulated.

they had some okay looking furniture i went in with a friend and when i just wanted to look i felt i was being sharked the entire time. they seemed to only have what was on the showroom, and i dont want something that is not new, though they said they would clean it up for me. when i asked them for prices they were way to high compared to what i have been seeing elsewhere, and that was for the floor model not even brand new. after i told the guy i had to think about spending that much money he decided to ignore me and basically wrote me off and he didnt seem to want to help me out unless i paid in cash. quite frankly i dont know who carries that much cash.

Great showroom, perfect furniture for any home! From Contemporary to Traditional styles, they have it all, or they can get it! We just bought a house and their Quick delivery and the great prices were just what we needed! We purchased family room (custom couch/​coffee table, lamp, display case), dining room (table, chairs), and master bedroom (bed, end tables, dresser, chest) all from them.
Mr. & Mrs. Thai are very helpful and their suggestions were perfect for our layout after we told them what we were thinking about. We intend on getting more furniture from them when the time comes.

The owner of this place is a friend of my college roommate so we got an excellent deal while shopping for furniture here. Most of the designs are based on 18^th century European style stuff (not my kind of thing) but there are many modern Italian style pieces to choose from also. The showroom is HUGE and if you still don’t find anything on the floor, he will be happy to show you catalogues with photos.
Ask for the owner Vi Thai and tell him I sent you. He will give you the best price!!! LOL … I told him I’ll be sending him customers since his customer service was just great!!! I was very happy with our purchases.
