Carl’s Jr.

I forgot my wallet in the store but luckily found by one of the employees who was cleaning the table. I realized I lost my wallet several hours later and went back to get it. It was kept very safe with them and they were super nice. I don’t do review that much but these honest people deserve a 5 star rating.

I work 3^rd shift its 1 a. m and the lady says they dont have chicken tenders so then i ask for an order of chilli cheese fries and she says we dont serve that either. What a load of crap. Iv ordered those items at an hour like these and they’ve always made it. This carls jr 3^rd shift ate lazy as hell. Honestly fast food employees shouldn’t have a higher wage its considered a start up jobs and they either lie or fuck up an order.

My turkey jalapeño burger had no jalapeños on it… on top of that, the person taking my order through the drive though couldn’t understand. I repeated myself three times and had to repeat again several times!

Ordered a simple order, Big Carl plain with only cheese, order of crisscut fries and a Oreo shakes, girl was really enthusiastic but said she’d have the total at the window which almost always means there’s going to be something wrong. Girl hand me my bag and says have a nice day and just stares at me, I ask can I have my shake to, now her attitude changed and was not rude but not very friendly, about a minute later I was handed a very sloppy made shake that was more like cold milk. Got back to my hotel, and sure enough my burgers wrong. Keep up the great work
Then I called and explained that I’m working and if they could take the charge off my card, risky I was told they can’t do anything unless I come back. BS like this makes me so upset because I work from town to town and don’t have time to stop and go back.

I got food poisoned here, cold ass burgers uncooked meat. I will report to the corporate about this.

Supposed to be top for franchise fast food. Well used to. Anyway, lets make it quick, Rude person taking orders needed multiple confirmations on simple order of 2 items. After that sorted out, brought food home, and I think I’m no longer a fan of the Double Western Bacon and now I think of it, I don’t think I’m a fan of Carls anymore. You can figure out the rest… In and Out, I should never taken you for granted, you have always been good to everyone, Here I come.

Worst service ever! 20 minutes in a drive thru, only to receive a shake that looks like milk. Don’t bother eating here unless you’re drunk and won’t realize how long it’s been…

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Hard buns uncooked bacon unmelted cheese cold meat. Worst burger I ever had. Didn’t finish.

Worse Carls ever, ordered 2 combos of their All Natural Burger $ 16.78, I got refried fries, cheese on the burger was either microwaved or it was sitting out for sometime as the edges were all dried out.
You could go to McDonalds and other the .99 cent burger and it would taste better.
I don’t think all Carls are like this but avoid this Carls

they got awesome commercials with hot women.
and the food is better than
McDonald’s, KFC, Jack in the Box, Wabu, Del Taco
but not Costco Food court.

I came here after a visit at frank and sons and the inside of the store was packed will people playing cards. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with all sorts of extra stuff and I went and took a seat. I sat there expecting it was going to take a while for my food to be ready because it seemed like they were supper busy with every one else’s orders. Less than 5 minutes later my food was brought out to me like I was at a real restaurant! I was surprised to see that my order was correct as we’ll. half of the time I order these special burgers other carls mess them up but these came out perfect! Any time I go to franks and sons and I’m in the mood for a burger I’ll definitely go to this carls again.

This Carl’s is right by my house so we stop often. It is clean and the staff is nice. The not thing wrong is that they get my son’s order wrong often. No sauce plain means no condiments but it is always packed with mayo mustard and ketchup. Staff is always nice and fixes it right away.

I use to come here early in the morning, a few monthes back. The manager is very amaible and very helpful, goes above and beyond to satisfie the customers needs. He keeps up with the cleaness of the restrooms and the place itself. Today i came to study with my group. Since i lost our table at starbucks. I ordered the «Memphis BBQ Burger» really good! you must try, if you like BBQ sauce and Pork! on the way in, i spoke with a guy who was having a car wash for a donation of his brother passing in vegas, who left two children behind. I donated 10 bucks which isnt much, but its something. My car was already clean, so a wash wasnt necessary. I hope everything turns out for the best of his family and the children he left behind and his wife.

I used my coupon for 2 Western Bacon Cheeseburgers for $ 4.
Both burgers came out hot and fresh, I especially like the onion rings with the hint of tangy bbq sauce.
I only come to this Carl’s Jr. restaurant each time I get some great coupon flyers in the mail.

When I go to Carl’s I almost always get the western bacon cheese burger, especially when they’re running the 2 for promos. Sometimes I get the 6-​dollar western bacon cheeseburger instead but I’ve now decided I actually prefer the standard version. I always ask for extra bbq sauce with it.
They are pretty friendly here and the 24hr drive thru is the bomb!

the difference of this Carl’s Jr. between other chains is their nice service. I don’t mean you can get a nice service in other locations;, but right here, they are just great. Oh! and yes, it is true that they do have those nice deals.

Kids, don’t be foolish like I was. I used to think, «Carl’s Jr. is a chain. All Carl’s Jr.‘s serve the same food at the same prices.» WRONG. We’ve all seen the new commercials for the new Big Carl for an astounding $ 2.49. $ 2.49 everywhere right? NOPE. Here in Rowland Heights, the Big Carl is just $ 1.99! But that’s not all.
This specific Carl’s Jr. also features the long-​extinct 2 Western Bacon Cheeseburgers for $ 4 deal. It ALSO has the popular 2 Famous Stars for $ 3 deal. It ALSO has deals that I (an avid and lifelong fast food expert) have never seen at any Carl’s Jr. Spicy Chicken Sandwich? 99 CENTS. Ranch Bacon Cheeseburger? 99 CENTS. Sunrise Croissant? 99 CENTS.
