My MacBook has been crashed for the past 5 months brought it in and received it back working fully on the same day. Thank you and I will be back with any computer problems.

Great and fast service. I was very satisfied with the result. My computer that I was going to throw away is alive again and works even better than before now! 100% recommend if you need to fix your computer.

Ordered some parts for my new computer via newegg /​amazon and needed someone to put it all together so I decided to come to Alice Computerworks. Got a quote over the phone and it was honored in store unlike some other shady places.
Service was amazing. Came in around 12pm and they were done assembling everything by 5pm.
Def. recommend this place to anyone looking for pc repairs, etc.

This review is for over a years long communication between this business and myself. I needed a phone repair on 2 extremely damaged iPhone 4S and came across this business on Unilocal.Thankfully they provided an excellent service by telling me what I needed for repairs and services.
I desperately needed a phone to keep in the loop about what’s happening around the world and so I dropped the phones off entrusting it to them after a diagnosis of what needed to happen for it to be squared off.
Now over a year passes by and because of time constraint and circumstance I wasn’t able to bring myself into the store to pick up my phones.
I came back into the store a year later and they told me its going to be 3 days for us to find the phone. I said sure and waited for them to respond.
I called a few days later and asked if they had found it and they told me that they have recycled the phone in accordance to a paper that I have signed stating that they cannot accept the phone unless they have us sign it. I got extremely upset at this because I paid so much for the iPhones (at the time 4s is brand new) and ended up talking to the manager who again enforced the rules and regulations. I hung up the phone discouraged that I would never see those pictures again of my wife and son but amazingly enough I called back and told him how I felt.
The manager, Jeff Lang was extremely empathetic to my experience and understood my situation from my point of view. This is when it became a whole different experience.
Jeff Lang the manager is a humble, hardworking and professional business man. He explained to me that like the restaurant business you have lots of customers who are extremely dissatisfied with their experience. He encounters many people who don’t come back for their materials after they drop it off so he loses a lot based on this. He definitely deserves more honest business.
I am actually one of the only customers who came back for their phone because most when they hear the price they leave their phone FOREVER. I was just an anomaly in a bunch of screwed up people who said they would pay but didn’t. In the crossfire my phone got recycled because they weren’t sure if I would ever come back (they have so many people who leave electronics there)
So regardless of all the policies and such, Jeff decided to award me with a new phone. This is to replace my old two phones. He wanted to make it up to me by doing something he has never done before and I know the Chinese mentality! This is really a gift that exceeded my expectations in what a small business can do for you.
Over the year I was gone they did what they normally do for their business. They clean shop every year so for me to get anything was truly a gift in itself. I will continue to bring more of my business here to make up for being so rude to Jeff (I’m sorry for the mistake! You’re the best at what you do! Keep it up!)

Great customer service and experience overall, except they don’t provide most updated status unless you call in to check. Feels like I’m harassing them when I had to call all the time. (especially I told the girl to contact me as soon as the laptop is ready for pick up)

As the owner of a small business, I have some occasions that need for immediate servicing of my computers. The guys at Alicecompurter are reliable and efficient at servicing my pcs after some severs crashed and at rescuing data when needed. They are also very helpful at recommending hardware replacement parts and system best practices. I recommend them without hesitation and rely on them for their great service.

I fried my power charging port on my Mac Book pro 13″ in a very stupid, careless manner (Oatmeal got into it… yeah yeah… I know… –_​-​). After consulting Unilocal,I gave this place a shot. They wouldn’t give me a quote over the phone as other places, so I went into the store after work one day. I was impressed by the show room upon arrival. After quickly testing my laptop, they found out that I had indeed burnt out my power port. After quoting me 60% less than other places, I decided to have them do it and also to upgrade my RAM to 8GB.
After the fact, they discovered something was screwy with my stock Hard Drive, I decided I’d upgrade to a 1TB… might as well. They migrated my entire previous drive onto the new one with no issues! Phewwwwwww!
In any case, this is my first time here… but I trust this place. I’m no dummy when it comes to computers/​parts etc, so these cats definitely know what they’re doing. They seem honest also. I’ll be back for sure.

After an obviously worthless visit to Frys, I didn’t know what to do with my computer, as it was having serious problems and I need it fixed fast, because I work from home. My roommate told me that he took his laptop to this place and they replaced his motherboard on the spot– so I thought these are definitely the people I need right now.
Sure enough, Alicecomputer saved my life! If I left my laptop with Best Buy, I would have to wait a week, and pay upwards of $ 375 for them to diagnose the problem and fix it (in my case it was either virus removal or hard drive replacement, and the guy at Best Buy insisted that it couldn’t be the hard drive). When I took my computer to Alicecomputer, they ran their software on it and determined that my hard drive is caution status in less than 5 minutes. No joke. All my files are already backed up, so I left my laptop with them to fix.
A day later, IT’S DONE! That’s unheard of!!! I got a new hard drive and operating system re-​installation for less than $ 200! Nice!
Not only are these guys quick, knowledgeable, and inexpensive, but they tell it like it is. If you feel like everyone at computer stores acts like a used car salesman, it’s time to go to Alicecomputer and hear them tell you exactly what the problem is; as frankly as possible.
The experience was like taking my laptop to a good friend to fix! I can’t recommend this place enough!

My son asked me to help him get someone to fix his laptop keyboard, he told me his keyboard was not under control, it didn’t show what he typed. So I took my son’s laptop to alice computer in Rowland heights, the employees there were so efficient to give me an estimation about what might be the problems and costs are. The technician told me they need to open the laptop to figure out what exactly problem is, they may need to replace a part in worse case. After they open the laptop, they’re honest to tell me that it’s very dusty inside of the keyboard, all they need to do just clean up the dust, and make sure all of the connector were well connected. We don’t need to pay more for a new part. I was charged a basic labor fee. They’re professional and honest!

I got the EzGo Chinese software this afternoon. The salesman did a great job explaining different kind of products and demonstrate on how to use it on his laptop. I would recommend my friends and family to shop at this computer store cuz they really provide great services!

I bought my MacBook Air here. The customer service is awesome. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Who wants to make an appt and wait at the apple store when you can get in and out at Alice Computerworks? I go in for even the most minor issues and they help me out everytime. Staff is so friendly and seriously patient. Did I mention they have great prices? I got my macbook at a SALE price. Macs never go on sale!!! Amazing. :)

Tom from Alice Computerworks recently installed and configured a video security camera system for me. The install spanned several days, and required a couple of camera swaps, as I changed my mind a few times. Throughout, the folks from Alice Computerworks and Tom were patient and very respectful. They worked hard to work with me to make sure I had the system that I needed. I would happily work with the team from Alice again!

My laptop hard drive took a dive along with the fan on my Macbook Pro. Alex helped me out and within 24 hours they had it fixed. I would recommend them for the purchase or repair of a Mac or PC. They were super friendly and helpful. I will bring all repairs and my next purchase will be from them as well. Thank you for all of your help.

I thought when I brought my computer there for service I would received the same level of services that I would from Apple store, but I was wrong. Brought my Retina Macbook Pro there for repair, it was expensive but I think since they are authorized and would be great place for expensive notebook I had. After few days, they call me and told me it was done. When I went there to pick up, I found a little crack on the screen. They told me they would investigate and get back to me, after a week of trading email and the result was not «it was not cause from the repair». All I received was another high quote from them to repair the screen instead of solving the problem. They have IGNORE my email and communication at this point. I WILL NOT go back again

Usually when I need a computer related product, I go to my son and ask for it. Surprisingly he did not buy it online for me, but instead referring me to a newly opened local store near Puente Hills Mall.
After shopping here, I have to ask myself, why I ever bothered with BestBuy or Apple Store for computing stuff. The staffs here are knowledgeable, and there are enough of them that you can find help when you want it. It is so frustrating at other places to spend 15 minutes hunting a sales clerk down only to find that they basically known nothing about what you are asking, and by the way the store is out of what I am looking for anyway. By comparison, Alice Computerworks is a breath of fresh air. Amply stocked, good prices and a good selection. I got help that I have never got even from my own son. The manager named Jeff is the one who helped me. I believe he is the most knowledgeable, helpful computer sales I ever met. I recommend Alice to all my friends and will definitely come back here again.
