Great Ginseng distributor we have ever seen!
I went in with my grandma who speaks Cantonese, Taiwanese, Shanghainese, Su Chow and Mandarin. The sales women spoke Mandarin.
You better find someone who speaks in order to get some advice or assistance…
We bought 3 large boxes of American Ginseng and they gave us a small box free for under $ 260 cash.

From my years of experience living in the area. I believe this store have the most selection of ginseng. Maybe even the whole Greater Los Angeles areas.
The price is very reasonable. Initially, I came to make gift purchase for my relative abroad. However, after some acquainting with the owner, Amy, I found out that she is very generous, accommodating and straightforward. Ever since then I have being coming here to make all my ginseng and health product here.
The only downside about this store is the language barrier. If you don’t speak much Chinese, it would be the best to bring your Chinese speaking friend along now. As they will become very useful. Although I saw the employee at the store make an effort to talk in English but there is still room for improvement.

Unfortunately for me, I do not speak Chinese Mandarin and wish I did. Especially for this store. I came in with my father hoping to purchase ginseng products for my mom who was feeling ill. The people in the store refused to help us or more so help my dad. As a result, we had to move to two stores down to purchase ginseng… Which I am very thankful to the others who were very helpful. The store itself looked great and had quality products. I just wish the employees were more accommodating and understanding to the fact we didn’t speak their language. Instead the lady said «no I don’t speak English and I don’t talk anymore».

If I could give zero stars, I would! All I got was stares from 4 females workers in the store! Wow, no ‘hello’ or anything!
Honestly, there is only one reason one would go into your store: to buy ginseng!
Do you guys not speak English and didn’t even try to make conversation or what’s the deal?

My friend introduced me to this place so I thought I could get some for my mom for Mother’s Day if the price was reasonable. It was a pretty interesting buying experience for me. I had no idea what the benefits of ginseng were until they educated me. They gave me a good discount and helped me to grind the ginseng into powder because it would be easier for my mom to consume. Overall, good price, very educational and will definitely recommend them to anyone!
