I’ve had really bad experiences in the past going to hair salons because they never listened to what I wanted so I was a tad bit skeptical. Shantell was very nice and professional and I love my hair!!! I couldn’t stop running my fingers through it because it was so soft. I’m definitely going back here again and her prices are affordable.

Shantell is awesome at what she does! I am very picky when it comes to stylists and she did an outstanding job on my silk press. I’ve been natural for 5 years and had some issues with breakage. She gave me tips to take home and was very quick! She has definitely gained a client for the duration of my stay in Austin!

I have visited Shantell twice and as a hair stylist myself it’s hard to find someone who does quality work with great timing and scheduling. I’d definitely refer her to any one looking for someone who promotes healthy hair, especially natural hair.
