Couple of mistakes on my part: spending money at Walmart, and expecting any morsel of customer service. It took 20 minutes to return an impulse buy. Then shame on me for turning around and spending my money again. Cashier didn’t know how to process gift receipts, even after she assured me that she knew. Refused to call her supervisor. Once I talked to the supervisor, supervisor refused to help me. Told me I had to stand in line again… Which was at least a 30 minute wait because, well, the supervisor was too busy to help. Couldn’t pay me enough to walk into a Walmart again.

I enjoy shopping at this Walmart. The only thing I will say is that I hate getting water. They only have one water dispenser. The other day I waited in line for 30 minutes to fill up 3 –5 gallon containers and then it took an addition 9 mins per container to fill them up because the water pressure was so slow. Needless to say, I was very frustrated! You’re better off going to another location that has better water pressure.

Worst Walmart ever… Has 100 lanes and never more than 3 open at any given time. 20 minutes to pay for groceries– awful.

Please please please acknowledge that Rosie is one of the sweetest, funniest most caring employees you have. She is a gem and I pray she’s appreciated.

I’d give 0 if it were an option. 20 check out counter… 2 open with lines backed up into the clothing department. Waited 15 minutes to check out with $ 8 worth of items. I ashamed to say I stayed…

ZEROSTARREVIEW I hope corporate reads this one!!! Wow talk about rude customer service. I had some area manger cut in front of me in line and do a personal purchase on company time. I decided to wait and see how long this would take and to my surprise 11 minutes… I should have know better than to stop at Walmart… This is why I try my best to avoid Walmart. What ever happened to customer service? What’s up with all the attitudes and what about people not willing to help you out when your looking for so thing in the store? Yup another on bites the bust!!!

Went here for a money order. JUST a money order. I have them a paper with detailed instructions given to me by the person in need of the order. Two women at the counter with 15+ and 20+ years with Trashmart could not figure out how to do it, managed to charge my debit card $ 400, then thank god reimbursed me. I left without getting what I needed because they couldn’t read what was written in plain English. I don’t normally shop here and I never plan to AGAIN.

Finally caught the famous Patti Labelle sweet potato pie on the shelf. Does it live up to all the hype? Unilocal. It sure does. It is a mouthful of moist cinnamon sweetness. Why go thru all the trouble and fuss to make one from scratch. This is a great substitute. If you are not a sugar fan, this pie is not for you.

I’ve been to the Money Center here a few times, and never had trouble with them before but I’ve seen them piss off other customers, and it could’ve easily been avoided. I used to be in management, so I know a little something about customer service. Here’s what happens when you piss off customers: 1. You refuse to make the customer happy, so they complain to corporate. 2. They complain to corporate, and corporate makes the customer happy. 3. Customer probably gets some free shit or something else that benefits them. 4. The company in general loses money due to your incompetence. 5. You lose money because the customer will never be back to your location. Either way, the customer wins in the end. That’s how it should be. Here’s how they pissed me off today: my mother-in-law usually sends my wife some money through the Money Center when we’re in a bind. At other Walmarts, it’s usually not a problem that I pick it up for her. My wife was born with a rare form of spina bifida and has trouble when walking long distances, so things like this I gladly do for her. But because she was not there, they didn’t allow me to pull the money out. It was already close to 6pm, it’s Sunday, so the pharmacy was about to close. My wife needed her blood pressure AND anxiety medicine. Upon telling them this, did they make the customer happy? No. In fact, they looked at me with cold, dead eyes and said there was nothing they could do. There is ALWAYS something that can be done, at least at a good establishment where they have a competent staff and decent customer service. Do not expect these qualities here. The employees are worthless.

I went for an oil change and asked for the basic package. There was no other cars in front of me that I saw. I waited 2 hours, then was charged the wrong package(49.00 vs 29.00) The person at the counter was new and said they cannot reverse or credit me. They did not reset the oil sensor so my car still says I need an oil change. I called to talk to a manager and was put on hold twice and hung up on.

!!!do not shop here!!! the customer service is horrible the people that work in every single department do not know what they are doing! it took them a month to get my ring resized then they lost it because it was not in the ring department where it should have been! then after weeks going in asking for a manager they never had one until the last day they asked for the receipt then we didn’t have it so we had to deal with getting one from customer service and they couldnt even get me one! finaly a manager doug was amazing found my ring and gave it to me. after all this we went to buy a few more items and the cash register lady forgot to give me back half of my items. so getting home i see i was missing things. got more frustrated having to go back again for another mistake they made. so customer service it was again there was a long line so yes i did cut infront of everyone there to get the rest of my items i purchased because i had been there for to long that day and to many times in general. they do not have enough employees working on the floor for cash registar or employees that know what they are doing. horrible service very upset every time going there. i hope you see that this walmart is bad employment and service i advise everyone not to shop here! !!!do not shop here!!! !!!do not shop here!!! !!!do not shop here!!! !!!do not shop here!!! !!!do not shop here!!! !!!do not shop here!!! !!!do not shop here!!! !!!do not shop here!!! !!!do not shop here!!! !!!do not shop here!!! !!!do not shop here!!! !!!do not shop here!!! !!!do not shop here!!!

If I could do negative 5 I would. Had a flat repair I needed done. So I went to the tire place. Was told an hour and a half max wait. 3 hours later I was just finished. They ended up making me wait an extra hour because they lost the keys to some ladies car. And after everything they did the shittiest service I’ve ever seen in my life. No support under the car when they raised it. Left the pressure hose on my hood. Chewed up my rims. And rode my clutch. I drive a stick so I told them be careful. That they were not. When I told them about the hose he told me this«is it a new paint job?» I said no I just don’t want something like that on my car with all the oil on it. «Well it’s made so it doesn’t scratch the hood. No need to worry» You’d be pissed if someone did that to your car. Like no respect whatsoever. Only 2 people there on a busy Saturday and walking around like lost sheep. 10 $ and 3 hours later I’m livid. No refund or anything. Just told that they’d get reprimanded. I could’ve spent an hour max at discount tire and had it replaced for free! Never come here. Ever. Worst experience of my life. Screw you Walmart and your crappy employees

Had to wait 3HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation, apparently they send all workers to lunch at the same time, so my car was idle for a full hour for nothing. And, my car very unfortunately was randomly selected for quality check and had to wait at least half an hour for the manager to show up and do the quality check. Also, after they thought it was good to go, they found out that the tire rotation was not even done. Obviously, I will never be back here again.

I once waited 1 ½ hours for someone to open the ammo cabinet, just to see how long it would take and how many different people I would have to ask to be helped. Also, this is the only location within 16 miles with a Moneycenter Express ATM, and it is almost always off or out of service, forcing me to deal with the extremely slow/disinterested people behind the customer service desk, whose jobs are more efficiently and accurately performed by the aforementioned Moneycenter Express machine. This is one of the most poorly managed operations I have ever encountered, and I would never waste time here if another option was available in the area to reload my Bluebird account. As evident by how long I waited to be helped, I am a very patient person, but this place is just abysmal. Thankfully, I won’t have to deal with Walmart anymore once Target’s prepaid Redcard is offered in Texas.

UPDATE — took over 30 minutes to check out, during which a women that I am told is the manager on duty opened up a register to check out her friend, then continued to BS with said friend and play with his baby, having it stand on the scanner in bare feet fire several minutes and keep talking with the friend for close to ten minutes after the check out was done and the line I was in was backed up to 7 people more behind me. Only after hearing customers gripping did she stop talking with the friend and opened up her register. She then scanned items, including food without ever cleaning or disinfecting the scanner where she let the bare foot baby stand on for several minutes, health code violation anyone? ? Horrible customer service, lazy employees. Management stands around joking with employees instead of helping. Over 20 minute wait to check out at 9pm! Why so long, because another employee is buying food and herself, another employee and cashier are laughing and telling stories instead of checking out. Ask another employee for help and her response is that she is on break and turns her back and talks to her friends again. Now I remember why I never shop at Walmart.

What to say about Walmart. Today was a an ok experience. I was bummed they didn’t have the pink, fuzzy foldable chair I wanted in stock, but they did give a 10% discount on the opened box one they had. I’ll wash the part that comes off and that should be fine.

This is not a review of Wal Mart, as everyone knows what to expect there. The review is only about this particular location. Not a single worker to be found on a Friday night when we needed help. We walked around for 5 minutes and eventually had two separate people tell us that they’d page someone, and nothing ever happened. The store is one of my least favorites as it always appears dirty and dingy.
