If you want to taste of what real customer service is, you need to go here. I came in to buy a mounting for an engagement ring, I didn’t spend much but the ladies here treated me like I was spending millions. Stephanie and the other ladies were amazing, they treated me with so much respect and they actually acted like they enjoyed their job and helping others. If I could buy a diamond ring every week I would definitely come back here.

Loved this place! Had to get my bands resized and this place will definitely be where I go if I ever need a new ring. Staff was super helpful and sweet, the décor was modern and stylish, and loved the organization of the store (organized in pric ranges). Their service was fast (all in-​house) and did a GREAT job. Will definitely refer friends to this place for their engagement rings!

Once again, the best customer service from any business I’ve ever come across. Stephanie & Valerie have gone far beyond normal service to help me. I took both my engagement ring and wedding band to get worked on at other main stream jewelry store. It was returned looking horribly! I was so upset and shocked that they returned my rings to me in poor quality.
I returned to ‘The Ring’ with my dilemma. Without any hesitation, they took on the challenge.
With an in-​house jeweler, the work was complete within 24hours! These other jewelers take weeks! So, not only are they compassionate and very professional… their work is efficient and of high quality.
I am so happy to have found this company and recommend everyone to experience the superb service they provide. Thank you again ladies.

Seldom in a retail seeing have I experienced such nice, sincere, and helpful customer service. The owners of the store and their employees seem like a small tight-​knit group of lovely ladies.
They worked with us for many many hours designing a low-​mid budget engagement ring and helped us utilize some family jewels in the design.
They also buy precious metals and gems and give you market value if you put it towards a purchase at their store where the prices seem (I’m no jewelry expert) very reasonable.
We will be returning there for our wedding bands as well as we are very impressed with them and feel like we found our place and are in good hands there.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

If your looking for gorgeous jewelry this is the place. I was in ahhh at the selection, they have everything a girl could ever want. From platinum to silver I assure you won’t be disappointed, and the store is just as beautiful as the goods. The wall of diamonds is brilliant you can actually see the difference in the quality of the stones. So, happy they opened, now I have a place for a wish list!
