Great tacos! We tried the Al Pastor and Barbacoa tacos while we were at the Rentch Brewery and the they were fantastic! Don’t hesitate to go there!

Really enjoyed the fajita quesadilla. I’ll come back for that time and time again, as well as try others. I wasn’t a huge fan of the two tacos I had, but that’s on me as I was a bit adventurous with the type. Next time, I’m getting al pastor.

I’m from a place where great tacos are in every corner(reynosa, mx). Its been pretty hard to find a good place to eat tacos in my new town of round rock, Tx(just moved here 4 months ago). After going to a couple different spots(about 7) and being let down, my search is finally over! Taqueria Jaguars has the best corn and flour tortillas around here by far. The pastor taco actually had peices of pineapple in it!!! If your pastor taco doesn’t have pineapple then your not eating pastor! The carne desebrada quesadilla sureña was also amazing. Great taste and even better prices compared to that other torchy place with the plastic tortillas. If your looking for fine dining, this is not the place for you. This is a food truck where you sit outside in the beautiful sun while you enjoy a cold mexican coke as you wait for your tacos. If you want some good A** tacos then this is it! Oh and they usually close at 3pm so come early or call ahead to make sure.

I am not sure if this place is even in business. They should update their hours and days they are open so potential customers don’t make the drive only to find out they aren’t even open.

Real mexican tacos and quesadillas, the flavor are really, really good. I recommend the quesadilla sureña with chorizo. The green salsa are natural and tasty too. Excellent quality on ingredients. Friendly owners.

Best authentic – non-designer(sorry Torchy’s and Tacodeli), non-fastfood – tacos I’ve had in Round Rock/Austin

Finally Round Rock has a taco trailer with fantastic tacos and more. This lady makes everything in house Salsa, tortillas, and more. Mmm mmm mmm stop by and pick up a breakfast taco. I have tried barbacoa, carnitas, pastor, and quesadillas no disappointments. Her food is served hot fresh sometimes i have to sit with my food unwrapped to let it cool for a while before i can eat it. The drink selection is a little limited Jarritos, Coke products, IBC and water. If you want coffee with your taco bring it. There is a little seating area outside her trailer it does have a cover so you can sit comfortably in the shade. Hope you like latin music, i do cause its playing outside. Very relaxed atmosphere.

This place is awesome. We had been looking for a place with good, spicy salsa, and they don’t disappoint. It’s a bonus that the food is really really good, too. Tostadas are loaded; haven’t had the chicken, but the beef(desebrada de res) is great. Quesadillas and tacos are good. Can’t beat the fresh-made tortillas.

I’m pretty picky when it comes to al pastor tacos and I have to say that these are the best ones here in Round Rock. Believe me, I’ve looked.

Stopped in to try all of the three food trailers inhabiting this part of 79 between Round Rock and Hutto. We started with a beef fajita taco on a corn tortilla, this was our favorite item of the day, the beef was tender and tasty with lots of grilled onions and a killer green sauce. We’ll come back for more of these, may need to try a torta next time.
