I went in the other day, obviously doing remodel. The cashier was a dark haired guy with long hair. He took my order, then the barista came and corrected. Cashier took my payment and went to change the trash. Ummm, did not put my food in the oven. Waited appropriate time for my coffee, barista asked a 3rd employee about my food. Then took care of it himself. I asked why didn’t the other guy do it??? Food came and barista was polite. There were 4 people «working» and the only other person to help was the drive up barista. Starbucks why are you paying 4 people when those two could be doing all the work more efficiently!

Best freaking strawberry smoothies!!! They make it to perfection. I drive from Austin to round rock to San Antonio and by far they are the best Starbucks. They make the best drinks better than any other Starbucks I have been to and they are always kind, and very friendly. Love them

Busy location and friendly staff. However, they seemed to be running out of sweetener, and I couldn’t taste it at all in my beverage. Really appreciated the full stock of pastries and yogurts, though!

Great coffee and always greeted with a kind smile. As a business owner I can appreciate this and the fact the employees that I have seen have been there for awhile.
Only con I have is the flies inside during warm months.

Showed up to get coffee at 5:01. The rude drive through employee closed the window in my face and rudely told me they were closed for another couple minutes. I then parked on the side and another customer not a minute later drove past and proceeded to have their order taken. I know they are a large organization but this is no excuse for piss poor customer service. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

Seriously Starbucks? I’ve been in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes… writing this review. As I wait. And wait. And wait. I would go in, but I have a newborn in the backseat (hence the need of a Grande Americano at 4.30pm). As for the coffee, it’s Starbucks. Get with the program yo, before I fall asleep in line.

I can’t believe how slow this Starbucks is. Spent 15 minutes in drive thru. Didn’t get any drinks right. One drink they had to make three times.

Good coffee drinks. Lowered to 3 stars as it took awhile to get the two drinks. One was done right. The second was to be iced. Received it hot. And it was passed to 3 different people before it was done correctly. They may have new employees and this may be the reason for today’s service.

This Starbucks is soooo slow. Like, infuriatingly slow. I am not an everyday Starbucks person, but every once in a while I get it in my head that Starbucks would be quicker than making a latte at home. It is NEVER faster. This morning when I pulled up there were four people in front of me at the drive thru. It took 12 minutes to get my coffee. This staff has no sense of urgency. Also, I ordered decaf. I did not get decaf. The coffee I ordered was tasty, so I guess if you have nowhere to be, and like surprises with your coffee order this place will work.

Ok, as a rule, I stay away from Starbucks unless I have little choice otherwise. Living in the middle of nowhere Hutto, I have few other options that are truly on my way home. I’ve been through here twice now this week and both times it has been fast, friendly, and CONSISTENT!
Hell yes to consistency! I’ve learned with Starbucks that I have to customize my drink to the amount of shots, milk type, temperature, and syrup pumps… yup, I’m that customer when I visit the corporate giant. But I’m always satisfied! And not pushy! Important to remember all you fellow control freaks! Manners go a long way when you are needy ^-^

Always friendly service and location is very convenient. Seem to turnover employees a lot and cleanliness of seating area & restroom has been an issue for some time.

This is the slowest Starbucks in the world!!! 20 minutes for an iced coffee. This is not the first time. They frequently have 3 people taking orders and one making drinks. Seems like it would make more sense the other way around. I also always see one person doing useless work like sorting gift cards.

Everyone knows Starbuck’s coffee tastes burnt however they are consistent, with convenient locations, and a dependable source for that morning pick me up. The driive thru line in the morning is always wrapped around the building but the staff is always friendly and fast! My neighborhood go to.

This is my local Starbucks and my toddler son and I go a couple times each week. The staff knows us and greets him like a celebrity. They are a very friendly crew.
The drinks are consistent with any other Starbucks.

Fast friendly service. I live by this Starbucks so I come here quite often. My daughters are Starbucks crazy. The drive through line moves pretty quickly and they haven’t messed any of our orders up. One day I will actually go in and see how it is.

It’s Starbucks, just like every other Starbucks. I only go here because it’s the closest drivethru for coffee, and I bring my dog to work, so if I want coffee in the morning, this is it.
The workers are usually cheerful and friendly, and they always get my order right. In the morning the drivethru line is lllooooonnnggg, so have some extra time. But if you’re in the area and you need drivethru coffee, this is your spot.

The husband and I come here often to work. Happy crew, well-​kept store, overall friendly vibe. It’s just THE FLIES! For some reason they are unable to keep the flies from coming in through the drive-​through window and/​or the front door, and after a while I just don’t want to sit there and get crawled on by icky flies. We love you guys, but fix the fly problem!

I was in the area to do a photoshoot for a house listing and this was the closest Starbucks to me. I walked in at 2:50pm and the happy hour special on fraps didn’t start until 3pm. I kindly asked if the 10 minutes could be waived and they were happy to oblige.
Great customer service here, good happy attitudes, and same drink quality you can expect from any Starbucks.
