Tried to force us to «lease» our phone, which would have cost us MORE in the long run. Made it sound like this was a new Sprint thing and not specific to their store. Proceed to go through with the purchase after they«got approval to sell us the phone with the 2 year contract» and at the point where it was time to check out, they were charging us $ 100+ more. She said there was a «mail-in rebate», but then looking on the card the S6 wasn’t listed. We decided to cancel the transaction… Problem was, she had ALREADYDEACTIVATEDOURPHONES. She had to call to get our phones turned back on and we had to wait until they actually completed that. To add to that, we got our bill later and they had added insurance and did not take it off when they reactivated our phones. This store is horrible and I would recommend you stay away from any stores that are run by the same management company.

Not worth the headache. I have been lead around and around and told one thing and and another with no answers. The people who work here dont know whats going on. Frustrating. Dont come here. This place is enough to make me want to switch carriers.

Don’t… DON’T DOIT. If you are going to get Sprint(which, I have loved up to the point of the iPhone 5 mishap in which I am STILL waiting for my phone) just go up the road 2 blocks to the corporate store near the chuck e cheese. They have a lot more power, better staff, and won’t lie to you(as much). It sucks when Sprint has good service and good prices get stuck with 3rd party centers like this Sprint which gives them a bad name/rep. Never going here again.
