Sleep Inn & Suites Round Rock – Austin North

This motel is fabulous — from the really nice pool and jacuzzi to the more than ample breakfast! Customer service and cleanliness is par none!

Free hot breakfast. Free wifi. Free beverages and cookies in the lobby every evening. Very clean and modern. 4 plush pillows on each bed with clean and comfy linens. Wall thermostat for comfort. Towels are good too, thicker than most and very generously supplied. Staff is friendly. Paige was super helpful to us and genuine. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Nothing to complain about here! The lobby is nice and cozy with different seating areas to choose from. The exercise room is nice with a view of the pool and hot tub. Will stay here again and definitely recommend.

Place is very clean, friendly staff and the breakfast was great. Only really concern I have is that there’s an odor coming from the bathroom, most likely from the hole on the shower floor. Also, the air condition was noisy. But other than that I slept well.

I stay in Choice Hotels about 60 – 70 nights a year and this one is far and away the very best one I’ve ever stayed at. Not sure what they’re doing but if they could replicate it across their footprint they’d be extremely successful

Convenient to the interstate in one of the cities rated by Forbs as safest in the nation.
If you have small children and are used to bathing them in a bathtub, ask if the room has one prior to making your reservations. All the rooms I’ve seen here have walk-​in shower stalls only. They are beautiful and the water pressure is awesome but if you need to soak in a tub after a long day…

***Please Note — the map is incorrect. several days ago the location moved on the map and I have applied to change it back to its true location several times, but have been ignored, thus far. The true location is about 2 miles south of where it shows on the map.
Tthere are several other hotels in the area to whick the marker was moved. Perhaps the competition thought it would help drive business their way? Cute.

Exceptional service; wonderful staff; very very clean; good water pressure, (and soft kleenex and toilet paper); great breakfasts… and elevators! We are seniors and so very much appreciate elevators. :-)
