I’ve been going to this location since it opened. Had not been for about six months and went last night. It was a Friday evening so expected it to be fairly busy, but did not expect the dirty tables. We had a hard time finding a clean table. There were 4 people ahead of us and only one person taking orders. Ordered our meal which included a pecan, apple, salad. It was after I paid for my order I was told oh by the way we are out of pecans, really? Got the salad and they must of been running out of apples too because I only had 2 slices. Very disappointed. Others around us had problems with their orders as well. The manager was not the one they have had for years so that may have something to do with the service. The ladies bathroom stalls were out of toilet paper. Needless to say maybe it was an off night so will give it one more try. If they miss mark again will go to the one at techridge instead.

Pros:
extremely friendly
really hard workers, even the kids
patient with huge groups
super nice management
good with custom orders
you will never run out of napkins here
they’re good about grabbing stuff for you so you don’t have to get up
Cons:
The bathroom is eh — technically it’s clean, but it just doesn’t feel clean, and the smell is funky
they seem to skimp on meat compared to other Schlotzsky’s in the area
they do seem to run out of things a lot — cookies, GF buns, the soup is out regularly

Pretty great sandwich place. I actually expected a little less, but they really impressed me. Glad we went in. I had signed up for free birthday rewards and got a free small sandwich. Great to have actual fresh foods, friendly staff that helped with my indecisive husband. Plus, they have frozen yogurt and bakery goods!

Service is hit or miss at times as for accuracy but they are never rude when correcting mistakes and I’ve even gotten extra perks when I came back to fix drive thru mistakes.
The place is always clean when I go inside to eat (between 11 – 4) and I like that they bring your meal to the table on a real plate. My order has always made it to me in a timely manner even during peak times. The remix soda machine is awesome and I love the ice. I always get the veggie sandwich and a pecan Cinnabon. I love the jalapeño chips too.

Don’t waste your time!!!
We made our order and waited over 20 minutes before they informed us that they were out of two items of the three we ordered and they were substituting. They didn’t ask if we would accept substitutions, they just informed us. Then they acted surprised when we didn’t want their substitutions. Ridiculous!
Will never go back!!!

These guys suck for service
Chances of getting a correct order is slim not to mention waiting 15 minutes for food each time. Next time go to Apple bees it’s faster
On top of a 20 minute drive through wait they still screwed up the order! How hard is it to make the correct salad???

Yummy, yummy food for carb crazies like me hahaha! One time I ordered a Turkey bacon sandwich and they didn’t give me bacon and I didn’t realize it until I had already bitten into it, they gave me a free sandwich next time I was in there. It was really nice of them.

Normal crew not present. Ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza and got little pieces of chicken. It’s should have been called a bbq jalapeño & onion pizza. Plus, the cups were warped. No spatula. Needless to say, I will not be coming back anytime soon.
From the taste of my chicken bits, it was good. Bathroom was filthy. I feared for my life in the bathroom. Don’t want my cookies to catch any virus. [insert emoji with hospital mask on]
Not to mention that we had a ratchet robot taking our order & passing out our food. Didn’t even ask for anything else like napkins or pizza spatula/​cutter! Shaking my head. This service was seriously lacking.
I really would suggest going to a different location. Hopefully, the next visit to another Schlotzsky isn’t the last, right?
(Oh wow! As I leave, then you decide to be nice. Hmm…)

Good sandwich. When travelling I usually end up at a Schlotzsky’s during the week. It was a little slow, but I was in and out in under 30 min. I usually add more to my sandwich and they were happy to make it my way. I’ll likely eat here again when in the area.

Went here expecting to have a fast light lunch. My receipt says I ordered at 1:39. I didn’t receive my food until 2:07. I got my order refunded (except for the tax). Manger said it took longer cause they messed up the order and had to remake it. I told hetr that we should of been informed, she said nothing to that. I will not be returning to this location.

Good place for a quick sandwich. I usually go with the original deluxe or turkey bacon club on wheat. They always put the perfect amount of ingredients really consistent. Prices aren’t bad either. Drive thru is quick and staff is professional and friendly. They do have a variety of food including pizza and cinnabon desserts. thumbs up!

great flavor but meat portions on sandwiches are a joke. Mostly bread, lettuce, slice of tomato and a tiny portion of meat. Once asked for more meat and they suggested a larger sandwich but then you get more bread and lettuce also. Would be nice to make the sandwiches like the pictures on their menu.

This is the first time I’ve bee to this Schlotzsky’s location. It’s convenient. I learned that when you have lunch here and get a salad it’s served in a plastic bowl. I thought that was pretty cool. I got the kids pizza and it came it a cute box. My friend got the salad.

Love the food, but good luck having them actually get your order right! They not only got my order wrong yesterday, but they charged me double for it. I was craving their broccoli cheddar soup again today so I went back again today with faith that it was just a one time mix up. Boy, was I wrong. Make sure you double check both your bag and receipt. You have been warned! Lol.

I’m a fan of the food. Not your typical sandwich. Only objection is the staff is pretty incompetent. Tried to use a coupon that was printed on one of their receipts and it was a real debacle — completely unnecessary.

This was the first time my corp. finally took my advice and went with them. We were so tired of sandwiches made the day before and when the very nice delivery guy came to drop off the sandwhiches… they were still warm…
