I took in a jersey last Saturday to have a name put across that back and numbers put on the front and back. The girl was less than helpful, but assured me that the man who does the work would call and let me know a price estimate and when it would be finished. I told her that I needed it by September 9, and she stated that that would not be a problem, that they were booked up on Monday, but would complete it on Tuesday. I never got a call back, so I called them on Wednesday afternoon. The lady that answered the phone, Annette, was very rude and told me that they would not have the jersey done by the 9th. I told her what I was told when I dropped it off, and she said ‘well the person that works weekends doesn’t know’. I then told her that I would call around to see if I would be able to get it done anywhere else in the time frame that I needed. She said, ‘you’ll never find anywhere to do it’. I did in fact find a place to get it done, so I called back to tell her that I would be stopping in to pick it up later that afternoon. Her reply was, ‘Perfect’. Really??? You don’t care about losing business. I’m sorry, but if you’re going to have employees working the weekends, they need to be aware of what is going on. I would never recommend having work done here. Worst customer service I’ve encountered in a very long time.

So disappointed! I ordered 50 shirts with a deadline of Wednesday for a local high school cross country team(was passing them out at practice Thursday morning). Wednesday afternoon I got a call saying the wrong shirts came in, but they were the same price so could they just use them. On a deadline, I said ok. But no way to get them done that day, but he could do them overnight and have them Thursday morning at 8:00. It would be tight, because practice was over at 8:30 a.m., but again I said ok. At 8:05 a.m. Thursday morning, I’m in their store ready to pick them up but they are«not quite finished». I asked if I could at least see one of the shirts since it was different from what I ordered. James brought me what was essentially a plain t-shirt, instead of the performance running shirt I wanted. He said it was pretty much the same.(It wasn’t). I said fine, how much longer. James did not know, but could call me in an hour or so when they were done. No good, because practice was ending in 20 minutes, and I’m now in a major bind. So with attitude and contempt dripping from his pores, he said«So what am I supposed to do about it?». Wow. Nice. At that point my phone rings, and it’s my wife wondering how awesome the shirts look. I told her I don’t know, they weren’t done yet, and I may just cancel them.(You know, running my mouth in frustration, etc.) So James jumps in and says«Well tell me if you want to cancel and we’ll send them back». How can they be sent back if most have been printed, I query. Have you even started? «Well no, not yet, but I can do them next.» Order cancelled, trust destroyed, Unilocaliverse notified. Ugh.

I have ordered now twice from this company and both times its been a bit of a mess. They have an excuse for everything(ie. that person doesnt work here enough, that person works at the other office, your order is too small and we dont do well with small orders… etc etc etc.). If and when you get your final product odds are 1) it will be late and 2) something will be incorrect. I say 100% stay away from this place

I have not yet received my sweatshirts but James has been so incredibly helpful and patient. The price is right, all emails are returned in a promptly, he is redoing some per changes *I* had to make. It has just been an absolute pleasure dealing with him. They were made in Round Rock, but are being transferred to their Lakeline office to make it easier for me to pick up. I have had a very positive experience and will recommend them wholeheartedly — assuming they look good. :)

My shirts came out great! I needed 10 shirts very quickly and they were done the same day. I just wish that there was better communication as to which location I could pick the shirts up at. I called the N Austin location, they were done in RR, I went to go pick them up in RR only to find that they had been sent to N Austin. Besides that, they were great!
