I came in late on a Saturday with a major shipping project that was time sensitive. I mis-​read the closing time. I thought I saw 7pm and instead on Saturdays they closed at 4pm. Instead of kicking me out the woman there stayed almost 2 hours late! Never once was she rude or grouchy! I know it was a lot to ask and she was wonderful!

We love this place! The owner is very pleasant and helpful. We have our business’ mailbox there. They have very reasonable rates. They can help us with FedEx, UPS, and USPS mailings as well as notary services and they always do so with a smile! Definitely consider their services for your business and personal needs! Oh, and should you need a card or gift for someone… they have a huge selection of speciality greeting cards and unique gifts, too! Then, get your groceries at Sprouts and business supplies at Office Depot/​Max – they’re right there too! ONE STOP SHIPPING & SHOPPING :)

complete rip-​off. I have shipped twice from this place and you have to beg to get the USPS price instead of FedEx and UPS. Once the price was $ 10 more than est using the web. The 2nd time the «lowest» price was FedEx and it was over $ 20 (the package was small and light). I asked why and she said «because of the time of year» (it was near Christmas). This is a lie, the shipping co. do not price gouge! Drive a little further and use a different place.

I have been shipping through Postal Annex for several years now and have always appreciated the help I get here. I also enjoy having a convenient photocopier available to me as well. They also have a nice selection of cards, especially the 3D ones.

Poor service — plain and simple. It’s rare for me to land on anything less than a two-​star experience but after such a poor transaction, I feel it only fair to make it known to others. I’ll gladly pay more at a competitor before I return.
