I am so thankful to Dr. Daniel for carefully examining my father’s eye and detecting a disease in my father’s eye so we could get a surgery before it gets too late. Although my dad’s English is not so good, he was so patient to talk to me on the phone later on and explain the disease once again to me in detail. A++ service!

Great staff! Wonderful service! We were welcomed immediately and service was prompt.
Dr. Brinchman is fantastic. He took the time to explain what was going on with my vision and what to plan for as my vision continues to change. Also, he spent time finding out what my vision needs were and offered up an option for progressive lenses that worked for driving and another prescription that would work for my computer intensive days!

Leaving one star because the Unilocal system won’t let me leave «zero.»
We requested a basic eye exam, and clearly indicated that we wanted no «extra» services that were not covered by our exam co-​pay. Despite our wishes, we were charged $ 39 for an additional procedure. The clerk, Holly, was quite rude and dismissive; she offered to refund half of the fee, as the service was provided. I explained that their act was tantamount to theft, and that nothing short of a refund of the full $ 39 was acceptable. The optometrist agreed to refund the full $ 39. Five days later… no refund. Just makes you think… if they are stealing $ 39 from 10 customers a day, that’s over $ 2000/week…they readily admitted that their forms were confusing, and that this was a common mistake… sounds like it might be a way to pad their sales figures by $ 100K/​year! You’ve been warned… don’t go. Maybe they won’t try to rip you off, but Holly’s attitude alone is enough to put this place in your rearview mirror.

Stopped in (called earlier for an appt) and saw Dr. Vu to get a new prescription for my glasses. Filled out my paperwork and was promptly ushered back for the tests by the staff. Then immediately went back to see Dr. Vu — he was awesome! Very professional, made me feel very comfortable and spent an appropriate amount of time checking my vision and getting my new prescription. Very happy with the service I rec’d here. Will definitely be a repeat patient.

I was quoted $ 139 to receive an exam for glasses and contacts. When I went to pay my bill, I was charged an extra $ 80 because I was fitted for multifocal contacts. I was not told upfront about this extra charge and would not have been fitted for the lenses had I known.
The way the office manager remedied the situation was to take away my trial lenses, take away my prescription for the multifolcal lenses and make me wait for another exam to get regualr contact lenses. Only after I relinquished the prescription was the quoted price honoured.
BAIT and SWITCH!
