I went into the store tonight and needed some dress shoes and dress pants real fast for an event and did not have much time and I asked Julia in the clothing section to assist. Wow! Customer service at is best. She had me fitted and was bring me all kinds of pants and shoes without me having to leave the area I was in. She was able to find exactly what I needed and had me looking sharp in less than an hour. I understand Lance is the manager. If you see this, You need to promote her or give a raise. It is rare to see customer service like this.

I came in today to do some last minute Christmas shopping. I found some amazing deals and everything I was looking for was still in stock. My cashier was super sweet and even helped me save more money. I’ll be back tomorrow to spend the money I saved today. LOL

The only reason I’m giving this place a 2 is that they have a good selection. If you’re shopping for men’s pants go somewhere else. Every time I come in here the men’s pants section is extremely disorganized. Nothing is where it’s supposed to be! I have complained to managers several times and even got the head store manager to help me find my size. Still the same when I came in today. Disappointing.

We just purchased $ 283 in merchandise. As we exited, the sensor went off. The clerk ignored us and acted as if it were our fault. Another clerk finally helped us find 3 sensors he left on garments. I won’t be back ever.

I don’t like this location at all. The isles are very small, the service is bad, and it is very messy. I am a male and when I walk through the isles here, my shoulder rub on the clothing and products. This makes me want to leave and frustrated because I spend my time picking things up off the floor. Yes, I do pickup things I drop in retail stores, unlike a lot of people. I recently bought some Docker khakis here and there are lines on the back from the fold lines. They are very discolored from sitting in the neon lights. They do not employee enough people for this location. I have never been without waiting in a long line. There are many other places I would rather go.

This is a very nice kohl’s. I never find much for me but when you hit a sale on kids clothes you can get a ton and save a ton and get extra bucks. Don’t buy boy undies there now they are expensive and you can get twice as many for less at target or Wal-Mart. The workers are very nice and they always say hello. The sales are not always announced so I go there semi often cause you never know what deal you might find.

The store is always messy. Staff is friendly. Personally the Georgetown store is great!

I like Kohl’s, but never again will I shop at this one. The store is a disaster, all the time-especially the shoe department! You cannot find any if the shoes where they are suppose to go, if you do, and they sre the right size, the shoes dont match!! For awhile I just thought I was catching them on a bad day… after months of trying to catch a good day trying to use by gift card I gave up. I thought maybe this is how Kohls is now, but it isn’t. I will drive on down the road to another location from now on. This Kohl’s gives kohl’s a bad name!

Not my Fav Kohls location in terms of selection, especially in women’s clothing where it always looks like the Tasmanian Devil has been through on a rampage. However, the Customer Service here is always helpful and the cashiers will give you at least 15% if you forgot your coupon, which I have noticed is not always the case at other Kohls.

Way overpriced, making people feel like they are getting deals, doesnt work for me. The cashier when I went to pay offered the credit card, said no 3 times and wouldnt stop. The cashier made a couple of comments that were unprofessional. Do not recommend. Ross is way better.

I like shopping at Kohl’s but this particular location is always a MESS! It is so hard to find anything because clothes are always everywhere. The first time I visited was around Xmas time so I assumed they just couldn’t keep up with the increase in business. But I have gone to this location a few time since and every time I can never find what I want due to clothes being thrown around haphazardly. I will go out of my way to not go to the location from now on.

Im addicted… thats bad for an average middle aged dude right… well, join me, go to this Kohl’s. Its the friendliest, fullest, and cleanest one around. Join the preferred member even if you have to open an account for a pair of shoes… its worth it, I get a Kohl’s coupon for 20% and sometimes even 30& off routinely and the more you spend the more you save with Kohl’s cash. You cant beat the selection in mens, shoes, under garments, housewares, and of course price. Now its not Burlington or Marshall’s if you are looking for the discounted on discounted last weeks models of close out clothing ok… but, overall the price, the discount coupons, the store personnel attitude and friendliness and store merchandise and availability is what makes this place the place to shop first. O btw, you can use your anytime coupon — anytime throughout the window its open!!!

Love, love, love this store! Nice clothes, jewelry, shoes, house stuff. I usually have a 15, 20, or 30% off coupon to use. This place is dangerous! :)

Always a wide selection of clothes in all sizes. We went here just to get sunglasses and came out with 2 pairs. The lines are always to big at this store.

I love this store. Any time that I’m in a pinch for an outfit, household item, or gift, I can run into Kohls and know that(1) I will find something nice there(2) the prices will be great and(3) their return policy is out of this world. I shop at this store a lot and I have never had any issues with employees, returns, or finding what I’m looking for. I’m glad there is one so close to me!

I hardly ever visit Kohl’s. The main reason is that I don’t shop for myself too often. I prefer to shop for the little one and I can usually find better deals elsewhere. However, on this particular day, my MIL and SIL were with us. My MIL wanted to see a set of 3 crock pots in one unit that you can plug into the wall. She said it was on sale and just HAD to have it. So, off we went. We walked in and had looked through the entire store before we asked where to find said item. A nice man by the name of Mitch helped my MIL. He lifted the box, ran a price check and carried it over to the cashier. In addition, he made sure she received a 15% discount(apply for a Kohl’s card) and he carried her box to the car/loaded it for her. THAT is customer service. Mitch alone is why this store got a five star rating. He alone is the reason I’ll return. Go, Mitch!

Kohl’s = Ross for rich people. Pretty much it’s the same layout and type of items as Ross, but it’s $ 45 for a tissue box cover here, and $ 12 at Ross. The people at this particular location are 100% ridiculous. Before I even got there, I called to double check which shopping center they’re in, and they didn’t know, they didn’t even know their own intersection or any stores on the other side of the street from them. Once we got there, they didn’t have the item another Kohl’s had called to hold for us earlier that day. Luckily, the item we wanted still had others in stock. The boxes were at least intact, not strewn about the store as my husband and I saw at a Kohl’s in Southlake earlier that day. The woman at check out was rude and failed to use her check out system in a functional manner, and instead chose to twirl her hair.
