This place seems to be out of business. The website has been reclaimed and the address provided does not seem to exist. I paid $ 10 for nothing, apparently.

I have used Jenn twice and will continue to do so. She is very pleasant and very flexible about pick up and delivery. I have had her launder and iron a super large linen tablecloth I rarely use because its so awful to wash and iron. Also she has done our duvet covers. Now I’m looking around for more things she can do. Fantastic service and work quality!

Jenn has earned every aspect of respect in both my personal and professional regard.
I never thought I would ever pay for a service like ironing, I am a «do-​it-​yourself» kind of person and also thought it would be more trouble and cost versus the value. Let me say now how very Pleased I am that I was wrong! I had purchased 10 panels of linen curtains, at 98 inches in length plus a set of the more delicate sheers. I considered the time commitment to be no less than 30 minutes per panel… linen, standard ironing board and of course, not much experience with drapes of any fabric. I had ironed the previous 10 panels (which I had to return to the store) and it wasn’t awful but it was obviously and experience I wished not to repeat.
I searched on craigslist and google, found Jenn and sent a text. She wrote back within one hour, discussed the process; she would pick them up?! she would iron and deliver them within 48 hours, for an UNBELIEVABLY fair price.
Well, THAT IS HOW IT ALL DID HAPPEN. I am still so overwhelmed at the sight of my 5 windows with gray linen curtains hanging beautifully in their place… not a wrinkle in view. I am so very pleased to deliver this report and furthermore, happy to offer my personal information should any potential customer be as suspect or doubtful as I was…
