Had breakfast here 2 days in a row, food is good and service is good but the odor when you walk in is a little overwhelming. Could be the carpet which is never a good idea in a restaurant.

Just got back from a late dinner at iHop with my family. The food was delicious & our server, Josh, was excellent. Very friendly, attentive & a really sweet person. We’ll ask for him every time we go back. Thanks Josh, you made our experience wonderful!

Great service on a Sunday morning, throughout the bustle of the morning the staff made sure tables were tended to and the floors were clean. Tables were bussed immediately.

Apparently«a week ago» IHOP stopped substitutions. I specifically asked to substitute an egg for hashbrowns, as they aren’t appetizing to me here. I was told this by the waitress after waiting 10 minutes just to be asked about what I wanted to drink. Very disappointed as I’ve been doing this same substitution for years now. Don’t waste your money here, go to Kerby Lane right up the road.

Great establishment! The service and food quality was off the charts. The only strange thing was when the server asked us if the neighboring table had left to the restroom. How would-should we know? We’ll be back to this IHOP for sure!

Nothing special about this particular IHOP. It is cookie cutter. Our waiter was cool. He checked on us. Our coffee was mildly warm at best. Also, the first pitcher brought to us covered 2 and ½ cups. Notice the ‘us’. Ordered more and got more mildly warm coffee. IHOP is getting expensive.

I went when they were offering all you can eat pancakes, which were very delicious. They kept the pancakes coming at a relative quick pace. I wish they offered the all you can eat pancakes deal all the time, but the promotion only runs for a limited time.

I hate that I am going to write a bad review on I Hop. I love this place but it has gone down hill the last few times I have come here to eat. My family came here on Saturday around 7:30 to eat. I have been craving peach pancakes for a couple of weeks. When we pulled up there wasn’t that many cars in the lot. Thank goodness cause my son was starving. We got seated right away. By the manager. Which is always a bonus in my book. She takes our drink orders, two coffees for my husband and I, a water for my son. She comes back a moment later with the drinks. She informed us that our waiter will be by to take our order. Not a problem. Well here is where the problems start rolling in. First problem. It took the waiter 10 minutes to come to our table to take the order. Really it’s not busy. Second they only put enough coffee in the craft for two cups. Well waiter finally comes to the table and takes our order. My son and I got the same thing peach pancakes and eggs. My husband got the all you can eat pancakes. We let him know we needed more coffee. He goes and puts the order in and brings the coffee but only enough for 1 ½ cups. Looks like it’s a half a cup for me. By now we have been sitting there for 15 minutes. After another 15 minutes rolls around the waiter informs us that there is only one cook. Really one cook? It’s Saturday night. Waiter walks away. After sitting there for 40 mins I tell my husband we were leaving. The food comes. Both my sons and my food are luke warm. The hash browns are so over cooked they were rock hard. My husband food was cold. The only thing he can eat are the pancakes. My son and I start eating, hey we are hungry. I flag down the waiter to let him know about the hash browns and my husbands food. He tells us he will get it warmed up. Well he brings me new hash browns but put my husband food in the microwave. We know this cause it still has pepper my husband put on the eggs. So now he has hard warm food. My now my son and I are almost done eating. We flag the manager down to tell her what happened. She takes my husband plate to have it remade. Remember my husband got all you can eat pancakes. They never brought him more then two. Well manager brings the plate back to the table. All they remade was his dam eggs!!! Everything else was the same food as before. He was so mad he didn’t eat it. I asked for the bill and they brought it. I paid the bill with out them saying sorry are taking my husband gross meal off the bill. We will not be back.

They have screwed up my order a few times… It’s a hit and miss depending on the time of day. I’m the morning they have it together. At night and afternoon I don’t know if they get tired or what but the customer service goes way down.

Service here has gone to abysmal. After waiting for half an hour for food, we were presented with lukewarm soggy undercooked food. And wrongly made as well. And after having the server drip water all over my pancakes I am completely done with this place. Completly unsatisfactory.

Super expensive for breakfast but if you’re feeling lazy, this will do the trick. Go home and cook something!

The new croiss-waffle(name?) is an awkward experience. It is doughy and almost gummy. Not even the lovely lemony filling and blackberry topping could redeem it. Thankfully a pleasant staff and clean restaurant keeps me from x-ing IHOP from my restaurant chain list.

Eh. I’m torn how to review. Food good. Service crappy. This store has more«warm bodies» not«good service». We were seated by manager. Server takes food and drink order. Brings drinks. Doesn’t come back until food is ready. We all needed refills.(At 8pm she wasn’t busy). Had empty glasses at end of table. Lady next to us was shaking her glass to get servers attn.(Wish I knew name. Young lady. pretty sure she had dark blue hair). She brings meals. I ask for refills for all us. She does not pre bus. She brought 4 refills. Left 4 empty cups.(Remember ihop meals come on multiple plates. So table space is sparce). She walks by to drop off check to table next to ours. I’m like we need refills and here take these. Clearly she isn’t good at her job. You are a waitress. It’s your job to refill/check on food and table/take dirty dishes away. She needs to find another job. Don’t think she understands her job description.

I’m at IHOP right now I ordered pigs in a blanket which are not on the menu. They said the cooks can’t do it if it’s not on the menu. I have been going to several IHOPs lately and ordered pigs in blanket and they are happy to make them for me. I asked for the manager n she stated the same and said that the other IHOP should not be doing that for me. I was not pleased. What happened to customer service? How hard is it to make pigs in a blanket?

We went to this location on Sunday morning for breakfast and I have two things to say about this visit: 1. The pumpkin pancakes are yummy, yummy, yummy! AND 2. Our server, Jessica, was one of the most genuinely friendly servers I have ever encountered. She was attentive to our needs without being pushy or intrusive and took excellent care of us. I have had less than memorable experiences in the past with IHOP, but this was definitely not one of them. I hope they treat Jessica very well, because she is a keeper.

I use to eat here a lot. Something about the scenery caught my eye and I couldn’t let go. I sure do miss being there. Tuna

I love coming here later in the night. Surprisingly the staff are always bubbler at night. This past visit is making me rethink visiting. After being seated a group of lady’s were seated next to our table. They received their food and paid before we even got our food. And when my food arrived I was missing a whole stack of pancakes. And also I got bacon when I asked for sausage. The server was nice and brought me my pancakes but had to be reminded of the sausage. While he was getting my sausage I started eating and when he came back he had my sausage. And insisted to take my bacon even though I touched it. Gross. And seriously. You made a mistake. Leave the Bacon! After this incident the waiter became short with us and was not a good experience.

It was my parents’ first time in Texas, and oddly enough, they wanted to go to IHOP. The hostess was extremely rude. We went about 11:00, so we were after the breakfast rush and before the lunch rush. There were several other patrons, but the place was by no means crowded. I followed the hostess to a booth where she stopped momentarily, but then walked a few feet away with menus still in hand. She was talking to another employee, and I wasn’t sure whether or not I should follow her or just sit at the booth. A minute or so later, she walked over to a table and wanted to sit us there. My mom asked, very nicely, if we could sit at a booth. Again, the place wasn’t crowded. There were a couple of booths available, and the hostess had even stopped at one booth. The hostess said, very rudely, «The booth table is wet.» Ok… so why not dry it off? No one was sitting there, and the dishes had been cleared. The table was clean, it was just wet. I was trying to be nice, but this woman was clearly being rude. I asked her if the table could be dried off. A simple request, right? The hostess seemed put out by the request, but an extremely nice waitress immediately came over to dry off the table. The food is what you expect it to be — it’s IHOP. Nothing great, but usually nothing terrible. We ordered wheat and grain pancakes(my mom), I forget what my dad ordered, and I ordered the chicken finger basket. My mom loved the pancakes, but I was ‘meh’ about the chicken finger platter. Nothing bad, but nothing great. Our waitress really saved the day! She more than made up for the rude hostess; she was quick to dry off the table, quick to take our orders, and quick to check on our drink refills. I would only give this place two stars if it weren’t for our great waitress.

The food is good, the wait is not! For a place that is meant for breakfast, they really need it up their game on bringing food faster. 15 minutes for coffee is 14 minutes too long. It’s coffee that should be brewing already in the morning! So why 4 stars? If you want pancakes, these guys do it we’ll. the cakes are delish and fluffy, and go down easy with a nice helping of syrup! Ok I am hungry again.

I get it that it’s only an IHOP but I thought they might have some sense of quality for their breakfast items. Food was bland, not cooked completely… I would get better breakfast food at McDonalds for a lot less money. Service was ok but certainly not inspired — meaning that the employees act like they don’t give a damn. Definitely not worth it.
