I trained with Steven for several months to improve my squat and let me tell you, Steve knows his stuff! He is super attentive to and aware of your form and makes sure you’re getting the best and safest workout. He has a firm grasp on nutrition and how to pair the right foods with your workout intensity so you get the most from each session. I met Steve 3 years ago and started training with him for boot camp and now moved on to weights. He’s knowledgeable, a great motivator, and he cares that you achieve results. He’s a badass trainer — hands down!

Steve is an excellent trainer that is sensible in his approach and philosophy to fitness. He trains regularly and eats a balanced diet himself, so he is very fit and healthy. He continously researches, learns and consults experts when necessary. His method is not cookie cutter, he customizes your program to fit your goals and limitations to ensure progress and avoid injuries. He has been training me for over 2 years and I have had remarkable and sustainable results. I have lost significant body fat, gained muscle and continue to have progressive results. I have also rehabbed old injuries as a result of working out with him. His program and my results have exceeded my expectations, I look forward to seeing where I am 6 months or a year from now. I highly recommend Steve if you are looking for a life change. I can’t imagine a better trainer.

Steven is an excellent personal trainer who truly cares about your personal goals. He prescribes a workout routine and diet plan, and follows you every step of the way, even having you log your calories so he can check the macronutrient ratio! I am a physical therapist, and can truly say that he ensures proper form and doesn’t encourage you to push through injuries!
