We were looking on the internet everyday for property, secluded, little restrictions, no HOA, with septic, and a well to build a house on near Leander. To say the least, it has been very frustrating. Having to comb through the worldwide web and sort through it all is very time consuming. We met with Edwin from Mars Hill Realty and told him what we are looking for. At last, a realtor that sincerely listens to what you want. He has been sending me emails with a file that keeps it all together in one place and you can rate the property so its easy to find the ones you are considering, like, or love. This is a big relief and I have my time back to do what I need to be doing and let Edwin take care
of the search.
I’ll update my Unilocal review when we find our little peace of heaven. So far I give Edwin with Mars Hill Realty a 5.

Edwin went above and beyond for my client. He was always available to me and my client and did not apply pressure at any point. He was honest, straightforward, and only interested in what was best for my client. He tried to educate my client to allow them have the best experience and give them confident in their choices. I would highly recommend Edwin to all of my clients.
