We’ve only been e-commerce customers, but even before Keurig gutted their online user experience(and eliminated a sizeable chunk of their product lines), Coffee Wholesalers USA had been a go-to. They carry the very good Brown Gold single-serving cups, the surprising Guy Fieri line and several others which are worth a try. Gaining a foothold into the void created by Keurig’s newfound contempt for what had been an über-loyal brand name won’t be easy for CW-USA. While their variety is very impressive, they seem to be unable to keep much of it in stock. Further, they don’t seem to have the type of vendor relations which allows them to restock quickly. This makes the goal of ordering enough to qualify for free shipping all but impossible. In spite of the fact that each item of my last order was shown as «in-stock,» one item actually wasn’t. My order was quickly confirmed by email as ready-to-ship, but two weeks later I had to call to learn of its status– a shipping delay or back-order email would have been an expected customer service response. Curiously, the entire order shipped the day after my call, and was received 4 days later. How long would I have waited if I didn’t call? Where Keurig and CW-USA product lines overlap, Keuring will usually be a little bit cheaper. I’m not displeased with my CW-USA user experience, but they have an opportunity now to do so much more. My hope is that they make intelligent use of this business opportunity. Right now, the CW-USA experience was highlighted only by a very good selection.

We were looking for hot chocolate(only rednecks call it «hot cocoa») and these guys recommended we get the Ghirardelli hot chocolate. Needless to say it was awesome, I just wish they had more selection.

Great products, great prices, what more can I say? Watch the email specials. One of the best and worst decisions I ever made was to buy a cappuccino machine for the shop. The iced coffees are great, but I drink too many!

This modest looking place is a real local asset. I first ordered from them online because their site was easy to use and their prices were particularly good on the packaging supplies I needed. Now I also know how good their customer service is and that you can go right to the warehouse in Round Rock and buy supplies there. I accidentally ordered the product in the wrong color. I was able to chat with the kind folks online and learned that I could bypass the whole return-by-mail process and just go make the exchange right there at the warehouse. That was great, but what was even better is that I felt like they treated my tiny little order as if it was just as important to them as their great big orders. And the cherry on top is how they took time out to help me when my car wouldn’t start. These are some nice folks.
