Church’s Chicken

Every time I have shopped at the outlets I grab some chicken and it’s always straight up disgusting and cold at this location.

Never been so disappointed in a church’s. I normally love church’s because it’s cheep and tastes good and always comes with a biscuit. This church’s is ridiculously overpriced, has bad costumer service, did NOT come with a biscuit, and the chicken tasted like it’s been sitting out for days. Save yourself and don’t go to this location.

I love Churches Chicken but I am disappointed by this one location. Staffed by teens who stand around chatting and not paying any attention and who would rather serve soggy lukewarm chicken so they can leave right at closing. (I talked to them about it but they didn’t seem to care and then confessed their fryer was already turned off an hour before closing and couldn’t be turned back on because the oil draining had already started)

Food comes out HOT and DELICIOUS every time!
This Church’s Chicken is located in the Food Court at Round Rock Outlet Mall so they constantly give free samples.
Its such a shame though that they give the fish n chips and shrimp n chips a limited time offer.
I have tried the fish n chips mmm its not worth it for me as the shrimp n chips which I have gotten 3 times and no matter how many times I buy it I never get tired of it! I have wait a whole year from last year to eat this again and am not disappointed in the least.
I wanted to try the strawberry shortcake but it was out of stock O. O wow how great was it for you to have to order more?
The staff seem to have spanish as their first language and english as the second cause I had a hard time communicating once about something I no longer recall…
well they are customer friendly and really care for you so thats what matters ^^
On a jammed pack busy day like a Sat or Sun or I guess a holiday GOOD LUCK getting a clean table or any table… its in a food court so this place shares the eating area.
Since you eating fried food you might as well go window shopping to work off the calories instead of eating in a crowded area anyways XDD
