Chipotle Mexican Grill

I really love this place!
I come here at least once a week to enjoy a steak bowl. The employees are always so nice and welcoming. It is very clean and never are they out of anything you want. The service is fast. If anyone is having second thoughts about trying Chipotle, I strongly recommend to come here and give it a go.

I come here literally every day. Chipotle is truly Bae. The staff are friendly. I tend to get the burrito bowl now because I’ve only met one or two workers there that can roll the burrito good. The burrito is generally better when I ask for the ingredients to be mixed up and almost every single person seems annoyed at that. One time the manager had noticed it. Overall I will be back tomorrow because I love the food too much.

At Chipotle, they have a variety of options — burritos, tacos, salad; and several ways to mix and match the way you like it. One of the reasons we tried it was that we read they will work with you if you have gluten issues. It’s true!
We went in and told the server my son and I have Celiac Disease, she immediately stripped off her gloves, washed her hands and put on a fresh pair. She walked our dishes down the line, rather than passing from station to station. And things like cheese and sour cream came in separate containers from the back.
My son likes to make his own tacos (corn of course), and cleans his plate every time. I enjoy their salad bowls, and we always get chips and salsa to share. Fast, easy and not too pricey — can’t beat it!

I Love Chipotle and usually order online and visit the Lakeline location in Cedar Park. but I have tried this Round Rock location when I’m in the area and eveytime I go pick up my food it’s always super cold. not sure if they are prepping the bowls to soon before pick up time. The customer service is great just would like to pick up warm food. and I order my toppings on the side so that cant be the problem.

Consistently the best Chipotle in the Austin area. I frequent Chipotle’s all over the Austin area this one never fails to impress with the freshness of their food, speed of their service and friendliness of the staff.
I highly recommend this restaurant!

I have now found my husband’s weakness! I couldn’t be happier!!! If I don’t want to cook I just bring up chipolte and my husband is at the door ready to go. He is a big fan of the steak and chicken bowl. And I am a classic chicken burrito type of gal. It is always filling, satisfying, fresh, and delicious. I love that they are all gmo free because I never feel groggy or bloated when I leave. If you go here you will not be disappointed!

Very dirty location! Floors, tables, full trash cans and staff who doesn’t seem to care.
I’ve been to Chipotle once before a long time ago so I wasn’t sure what to order. The staff couldn’t be more annoyed because I asked questions.
Thankfully there was one person who stepped forward to help.
Oh yeah, I found a flea on my table and killed it. I scooped it up and gave it to a staff member who happen to ask how my food was. Forget the food, clean the store!

It’s the best chipotle I’ve ever been to. Staff are so friendly and food is always great. The staff are always nice and they have the best customer service. The food is amazing and it’s perfect every time, steak is perfectly cooked, and they’re always refilling their rice and anything their low on. I’ve never had to wait in line for more than a minute or so. I couldn’t ask… They’re the best. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ on everything. The night crew is the best though (David, Conner, Anthonei, and of course Mr. Jabari Williams) best experience ever.

Love the «cultivating thought author series» info on the cup! :) This one I read about Albert Einstein, very cool facts there… And now you have a seriously good vegan dish. Chipotle will get much more of my business now :)

I don’t know what happened but my lunch group ate here and for the rest of the day, we felt weird. I’m over Chipotle as it is. Yall have fun.

My friends and I came here last night for dinner, and we were thoroughly disappointed with the experience.
To start, Friend A and his girlfriend ordered burritos, only to find out that the meat they wanted wasn’t available. They had to fill out a form and wait for their food – a wait that lasted roughly 20 minutes. That seems like an uncharacteristically long wait time for a fast-​paced restaurant like Chipotle. When the burritos finally arrived, they had messed up the girlfriend’s order. I’m not sure how you can botch an order that has been filled out for you on an elaborate form, but these guys managed to do it.
Then, Friend B ordered a burrito. This time, they did have the meat he wanted, but the person who made his burrito couldn’t wrap it to save her life. She tried more than once, and when she finally handed it to him, it looked unstable. Sure enough, the burrito fell apart as soon as he picked it up. He had to gut it with a fork and eat it like it was a burrito bowl. I’m not sure if the employee was new or what, but don’t they test people on skills like burrito wrapping before hiring them for positions like hers?
After that, I ordered a chicken burrito bowl. The chicken was mostly burnt and left a terrible taste in my mouth. That was the first time I had ever had bad chicken at Chipotle, and I hope it will be the last.
The few redeeming things about this place included the friendly staff and the pleasant atmosphere, but neither of these things can ever compensate for bad food.
Based on the other reviews for this location, it seems like this Chipotle is usually a good place to grab a bite. My experience, however, was so egregiously bad that I will not be giving it a second chance. I shouldn’t have to when there are so many other locations that offer consistently good food.

Chipotle is one of our favorite quick meals. We normally go to the one in La Frontera, and although the food is always good, they are so busy and don’t plan well for the crowds, frequently running out of items. So, we decided to go to the new location in Round Rock and were very pleased. We love the layout and the fact that they have booths to sit at instead of the uncomfortable chairs and table. The staff was very friendly, the food was fresh and there was plenty of anything we wanted to put in our bowl. We will definitely go back to this location.

Love their burrito bowls and healthy options. Very clean bathrooms although the women’s only has one stall so usually have to wait if you have to go :) also love they have designated parking if you send your order online. Everyone greeted me with a smile and patient while I made decisions for multiple burrito bowls. I know it’s a chain but it was a pleasant experience.
