Went on Saturday to get inspection and oil change no one bothered to come wait on me. Technician actually honked at me to get out of way so he could bring another truck in the bay for service very rude. Been there before for an oil change. I definitely won’t be going back.

I went to get inspection on my car. The guy says bad news and window tint failed. It was too dark. I said it had passed before. The manager made the statement that whoever did it was breaking the law and passed it illegally. I then said… it was you. I always bring all of my cars here for oil change and inspection. He argued for awhile doing a backstroke. They said just go home and rip out all of the tint and bring it back. I said that was a stupid request. I left, but will never go back to this place again. Stay away from this place. I think they decide who they are going to fail and who will pass as a game to them. Never again.

It was that time again to take my car in for an oil change. This time I also needed a tire rotation and luckily they were able to do that. They said it would take 30 to 45 minutes because of the rotation. We took a walk down to Sonic to get a snack and some drinks. Then we came back and sat in their nice fancy waiting room. There was a lot of people there today. But everyone was coming in and leaving like a round robin. Then next thing I know they called me to pay out. It was in the time frame that they quoted. Price is reasonable, they guys are great and my car is running great. I’m really glad that my husband found this place. It makes me feel good to know that people with their really nice fancy cars trust them also. I overhead a lady talking to one of the guys. Her husband dropped of their Jaguar to get work done. She was picking up their Jag and leaving their Volkswagen to get some work done too. That was pretty impressive to me.

The new owner Jay is a great guy! I had a great experience when I brought in my car for an oil change and brake job. I like the way he is fixing up the waiting area. Couches were a good call! Trust me when I say your car is in good hands here!
