Caffe Panini is an comfortable place to meet colleagues for lunch or coffee. Clean atmosphere and pleasant service. I had an appointment to meet someone there today at 3:30pm, but discovered upon my arrival that they were closed at 3pm. They saw me standing outside and offered to open the place for me since they were renovating the kitchen for the next few hours anyway. I took them up on their offer so I could meet with my colleague as planned and they even gave me a drink on the house too. How can you beat service like that?! Greg

Went there for lunch on recommendations from co-workers. Man i was glad i did what a tasty sandwich! I had the Chipolte Turkey something and boy was it delicious! The bread was toasted perferctly, the turkey was perfectly sliced and the sauce was tasty. All in all a great lunch, looking forward to returning.

This place is a cute little café. Their food was good and the people are very very nice! I do wish they had a little more on their menu.

Really good sandwiches but holy cats I hope the management reads this and takes my STRONG suggestion to CHANGE the name of the last salad on their list. While I’m sure there’s a sweet story behind it, the movie by the same name stands to be one of the saddest ever made and the choice reflects poorly on the management of a really great lunch(and now, dinner) spot.

Great Paninis. Nice local place. Tried the classic Italian and loved it, hope to be back soon to try others. Nice seating area and even have a coffee house type corner. They even have gluten free bread, which I know some friends will appreciate.

Love this place! Perfect for lunch. I have had several items including the honey mustard panini and the spinach grilled chicken salad. The salad was great! Loved the dressing. Their sandwiches are also really good. Warm and filling. I also like getting the side of pesto pasta salad, its very tasty if you like pesto. I would definitely recommend it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for a quick place to eat. Always enjoy coming here!

I love this Café. The Panini’s are fantastic, the service great and it is family owned! They now seem to be open for breakfast and dinner. If you haven’t been there yet, you are missing out. It is a sweet little café, a great meeting place. Try their chef specials!!!

A buddy of mine suggested this place for lunch one time and it was surprisingly good. I have passed it several times on Mays — if you aren’t looking for it, you probably wouldn’t notice it. The few times I have been here I always had the lunch combo which includes a panini of your choice and pasta salad. I think the other option are chips or something but I stick with the pasta salad. It had just the right texture and flavoring. Its hard to go wrong with any of the panini selections. I have had the Rueben(yes, that is how they spell it), Chef Eduardo, Turkey Chipotle, and some brisket special… only the brisket special was a disappointment. Yes, its probably not a «real» panini but as long as it tastes good… I don’t care. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. Definitely a nice lunch option for those that work around the Round Rock area. FYI — this place does get crowded like most good places near the Dell campus for lunch on weekdays so get here early. Not only are tables limited, but so is parking in the paved area.

We came here with a Groupon/Living Social Deal thingie. We both got the special, a brisket panini with caramelized onions and jalapeño sauce. It was really good! I also really enjoyed the pasta salad. Since I didn’t quite make the 20 bucks of my coupon, I added some tortilla soup which I had as a snack later. With some cheese on top it was excellent! My only complaint… The line gets out the door, and there is only one person working the register. It was really chaotic, and we were there at about 1pm, so I can’t image how it is from 11 – 12. The lady at the register was so busy, my groupon ended up not getting counted and I was charged the whole amount on my credit card, which forces me to come back. That’s ok since I liked it here, but what if I wasn’t planning on coming back? Also, we got two other orders in our to-go bag, and we had to go back inside to give them the part that wasn’t ours. It would be nice if they could get more organized, or maybe I was just there on a bad day.

This place is my favorite sandwich shop. I love lunch here and call it ‘my panini place’. I want to try their salads soon but never have because their sandwiches are so dang good! I honestly don’t think you could go wrong with whatever you ordered from this place. Their sandwiches have an awesome mix of flavors. I really enjoy the pestos and the chipolte mayos they do. I generaly get the chips and my husband the pasta salad. I’ve tried to drop by in the evening or take my kids there on the weekend but alas their hours make for a rough time. Parking isn’t fantastic but the parking lot(and the restaurant) is generally full. Oh — the free wi-fi is a bonus!

I am a regular at Caffe Panini and I just wanted to Unilocal out to everyone out here that they have new management. The new owner is very friendly, and is jazzed about the potential this place can offer. He started with offering breakfast tacos and sandwiches and is also extending the hours in the evening. I think 5−8PM in the evening — i just saw the sign today. They replaced their old espresso machine with a top dollar one. yes, their coffee is now even better. Starbucks, I snub my nose at you thus! Also, it’s BYOB now so that lovely evening date with some sandwiches, maybe some of their delicious chicken tortilla soup and some wine can become a reality. I usually come here from work but I tell my partner about this place often enough to want to bring her here. I even hear some rumors about a deck being built outside but don’t quote me on that.

For the quality of the food and service this place would get 5 stars, but only being open during the week for lunch is a real let down. Still, I try to get here whenever I can because the Panini are that good.

I always see the ad for Caffe Panini in the Community Impact newspaper but sort of would think to myself«meh». I don’t live in Round Rock and the hours aren’t incredibly conducive to working in Northwest Hills M-F … but sometimes I work from home and like to hangout at a place with wi-fi, something to eat, some coffee and the like. I decided to try out Caffe Panini in hopes that it could be my new go to place for telecommuting as my last go to place in Pville closed down(Blue Marble Java!). This definitely foots the bill as a good telecommuting spot. I got a salad and really enjoyed it, the presentation with the funky bowl that it came in. The only issue is I really know my husband would LOVE this place but not sure when he can go given their hours.

I think this place has potential. I went here for lunch yesterday with Amanda S. She got a trio sandwich and I got a goat cheese and chicken salad. The salad was fresh and the goat cheese a-plenty. The homemade honey mustard dressing was good, but I think I would have preferred a balsamic vinaigrette. I am glad to have another option nearby the office for lunch variety though, especially one that is as warm and welcoming inside as this was. I don’t know that I’ll rush back, but I certainly would revisit and explore something else on their menu(which has a decent variety!).

I discovered Caffe Panini about three years ago, when I had to take a defensive driving course.(another story) We were served panini’s and there were absolutely delicious. Flash forward to today and I am back yet again and I continue to bring friends and co-workers here for lunch. Free WiFi, great quality and good service at a reasonable price. And very healthy as a lunch option goes.

I keep driving by Caffé Panini almost everyday and never stopped. Just for curiosity I looked it up on Unilocal. After reading the reviews I decided that I would go there next time I drove by. This week was that time I stopped. This a small place with tables and couches and wifi for those that want to buy gourmet coffees and get a light lunch and linger to enjoy the fill experience. Well I don’t drink coffee so I went for soda and sandwich. I ordered the TRIO sandwich. This sandwich had smoked turkey, black forest ham, applewood bacon, tomato, provolone cheese and Dijon mustard on toasted bread. A small pasta salad was included. I started on the sandwich first and wow it was great, low and behold I ate it all and want another. The flavors of the sandwich just molded wonderfully to taste. The pasta was good as well. I was impressed enough to want to bring my wife by so she could try one of the sandwiches. The staff I talked with was nice and very friendly and the service was fine. The restaurant was clean and has shiny hard wood floor. From the outside it doesn’t look like much but the inside is very nice. So next time you ride by give it a try. Their weekday hours are from 10am to 4pm only and Saturday from 10am to 3pm. Would I go back? Yes by myself and with my wife at some point in time. I want to try the Rueben sandwich.

My daughter called me and said she was at this restaurant and to come meet her. I asked her to order me something as she was already there… so, I hear the word«Panini» and I am excited. I ask her if they have a prosciutto with mozzarella and arugula. She says, «NO». I ask if they at least have mozzarella… she says, «NO» Then I ask well does any«„Panini“» have arugula or mozzarella… she says. «NO» Now I am no expert but… I have been to Italy 3 times and studied Culinary Arts there. and a frigging PANINI is not just a grilled sandwich. At least .at least… have some real frigging mozzarella on «ONE» of your sandwiches Maybe I am just a little snob on this matter but… I was hoping for a little more. And my chicken with pesto had just a little too much pesto and tasted more like grilled bread with basil. I am very suspicious of the bread also. Is it really grilled? or is it bought like that and just heated up? The lines where just too perfect to seem grilled there… but maybe they do… like I said I am no expert! I gave it 2 stars cause I did like the way the place is set up and even though you go to the front of the place and order and pay then get food… I felt they where attentive and asked us if we wanted refills 3 times and cleaned our table as we talked. *****MAYBE I AMJUSTHAVING A BADDAY… LOL
