Love the kind and professional staff. Hate that the doctor/​owner does not feel his staff deserves tips. This is so wrong. Credit cards cannot have tips added.

Elena is so knowledgeable and helpful. She is so good at her job and making everyone comfortable. Have had several procedures with Nancy and she is the best. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else, but Beleza!

I have been going to Beleza in Round Rock for almost 8 years! I love Nancy Aparicio! Ask for her! She is very skilled, empathetic and generally awesome! I have done fillers, botox, scerlotherapy and IPLs. Elena, the spa coordinator, is fabulous too! You feel like you are part of the Beleza family when you talk to her!

Amy is always helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with the results. Website did not have the ability to process orders, you had to call during sale, excessive wait times, although Elena was helpful too.

Beleza is great but I decided to write this review because of Nancy! She is amazing. I bought a hydra facial package deal for myself and my husband. We both really enjoyed them and Nancy did a wonderful job and really made sure we were happy and comfortable with our services. She has a cute personality too and is easy to talk to and very educational when we asked her questions about our skin. We hope to spoil ourselves some more and go back to see her!

Although I’ve been Beleza customer for many years, this time I came in specifically to lose some baby weight. In the past I received varying degrees service but this review I guess is more about Amy who epitomizes customer service. I actually think customer service are the wrong words. During the consultation I could feel that she wanted me to succeed and be healthy as much as I did. Her heart and attitude make the experience. I would recommend Amy if you’re getting one of the services she performs.

I love the staff here! Everyone says hello and bends over backwards to help me with the services i come in for :) Nothing but good things to say about the Beleza staff, even the Cedar Park location. I send all my friends and family to Beleza :) AMAZING!!!

My experience with beleza round rock has been amazing. Amy is the absolute best. She recommended the vi peel along with hydro facials and microderms and my results have beel nothing less miraculous! My these treatments have changed my skins texture and tone. I have gotten so many compliments and will always recommend Amy at beleza round rock. I’ve been to many other spas and spents hundreds on sub standard results. If you’re looking for a place to go see Amy and she will take care of you!

Today was my 4^th visit to Beleza Med Spa for Botox. I can’t stess enough how great this place is. I have been everywhere, from highend Plastic Surgeon’s office to Dermatology offices. I have paid very high prices in the past for very bad results. I love coming here. It is like going to your favorite hairstylist and not having to worry about them destroying your hair. Or taking the bad road and have a hairstylist cut all of your hair off when you asked for a trim. Nancy is so professional and friendly and goes over everything with you, then you wake up a couple of days later and your results are amazing. The front desk is so nice and welcoming. Elena is always ontop of your account and makes sure to add your points for BD. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I have given my BD coupon to the front desk all for them to never add my points and then call saying they lost the voucher. Elena is very professional and I swear I could never imagine going anywhere else for my services.

I always feel good receiving treatment from Nancy. She is very knowlegable and tentive. Not to mention Elana is very pleasant greating customers. I notice that she looks better and better. Customer like me wants to see things like that because that confirms I am in good hands.

I’m giving them 3-​stars only because they are friendly (& I did accomplish my goal)…otherwise, I would’ve given them less.
The scheduling was frustrating a few times. Once I was accidentally scheduled at another location, but they did the right thing & squeezed me in. Another time I was left for 30 minutes then I asked why it was taking so long, they called the employee on their cell with no answer (no call no show)…so after all that wait I had to come back. What made it sting worse is that they forged a review from me (I got a notification email it had posted) on some Medical Review website that gave them 5-​stars for what was their mistake… really?
The only reason I went with Beleza was because it was super close to my work & I was on a deadline to lose weight for a challenge (my last 15 lbs of baby weight)…so I didnt want to waste time shopping around. The only saving grace was since it was so expensive, I was able to put it on Care Credit. I did the hCG diet, it cost a whopping $ 650. I do know of other places that charge $ 450, but not sure if they include the B12 shots like Beleza does. That was a necessity on this diet. Sadly the employee that does the weight loss appts is not highly knowledgable about the diet other than what she probably read somewhere. I found much more accurate info, help, and real «been there done that» protocol on an online hCG forum. I’m glad I didnt follow her guidance, otherwise I would’ve been starving, miserable, & most likely not accomplished my weight goal. Also, the only thing I got from Beleza was a small «how to» packet & short ‘n sweet advice on weekly weigh-​ins (more of like a cheerleader type thing, not so much nuts & bolts info).
I dont know about other weight loss clinics (their knowledge of the true hCG diet), so I would still recommend checking your protocol facts online as back-​up. At Beleza, you’re paying a hefty price-​tag for nothing but the prescription (injections), B12 shots, & weekly 5 minute weigh-​ins.

I adore this Med Spa. Nancy has been doing my lashes for a number of year and she is not only professional and so good at what she does, she is kind and so sweet!!!
The location is very convenient for me in RR but they also have other locations.

I was a bit apprehensive about getting a chemical peel, until I came in for a consultation with one of the ladies… she completely eased all my worries, and in fact, recommended a different treatment that would actually be gentler for what I needed specifically. Plus, it was cheaper than what I had initially thought I needed. I –really– appreciate the fact that they don’t push their products or give you the most expensive treatment if there’s another that will yield the same results, in a more economical manner. I was 100% satisfied with my results and am looking so forward to my future visit!
The receptionist at the front desk is professional, warm and friendly! She treats you like she is genuinely happy to have you there, which for me, goes a long way!
Anyone thinking seeking out Beleza Med Spa for services should definitely get off Unilocal,and schedule their appointment already!

Beleza RR has made my skin radiant again! Please go visit and see what it’s like to look YEARS younger! I’m 35 but since visiting Beleza, i have been told I look WAY younger! Nancy does a great job with her facials and the IPL’s are amazing! Great skin care products!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here. I won an IPL gift certificate here at a charity auction, and I am so glad that I did.
The woman that conducted the procedure was very knowledgeable and took her time in answering my questions. I told her that I was nervous about the pain and she treated my skin with a topical gel to reduce the pain. It helped greatly.
I honestly didn’t know what to expect for results, but I am delighted. My wrinkles on my forehead and between my eyebrows are greatly reduced. I am looking forward to my next one.

I’ve been coming to Beleza for my facials for several years. Nancy is the best! Throughout the years I’ve visited other med spas for facials, because they were offering great deals. Ive always regretted it. Now I don’t even bother with other places, I just go back and see Nancy at Beleza Med Spa!

I had an IPL about 10 days ago and I love my results. I have fair skin which at the young age of 28 is already producing brown age spots. I did not know what to expect and it hurt more than I was expecting it to. I heard its like a rubber band snapping but the «hot oil splash» description is more like it. Despite the pain, I would do it again in a heart beat!
I LOVE the results. My age spots are completely gone. The tone of my face is even. I feel like I can get by with less makeup. Last year I was doing microdermabrasion facials about every 6 weeks and I think one IPL treatment made my skin look better than the 10 or so microdermabrasion appointments. I like that she recommended something that was going to bring the best results for me.
I wish I could remember the receptionist and the RN’s name because they were both very nice. I will go here for my skincare needs.

I consider myself the Indiana Jones of non invasive aesthetic procedures. I’m always up to try the new thing and always on the hunt for the new med spa adventure (forget being on the hunt, I’m always waist deep in the new adventure). No Temple of Doom here, Beleza is my Holy Grail. I’ve gotten 5 photo facials here now and am ALWAYS pleased with the results. I’ve had them at about 7 different med spas around town and Beleza ALWAYS has the best results.
The staff is professional and friendly and there is no uncomfortable upsell or hard sell on any other products. Keep your eye out for their groupons, they are THE deal!

One can’t deny the aging process, when that nasty little dark spot, also known as the «age spot» first appears. On my quest to fight mother nature, I enlisted the help of Beleza Medspa. The office is located next to Gold’s Gym in a strip mall off of I-​35. The décor is a bit sterile. I’ve gotten a facial, a microderm abrasion (tiny razors shaving off the top layer of skin), chemical peels, and an IPL photofacial. They do it all here. I like my aesthetician, can’t remember her name, but can draw you a picture. She is quiet, does her job, and lets me have quiet time while she’s working on my face. I like receiving a follow-​up call after treatment and there is no pressure to buy products.
Do I look years younger? Probably not, but my skin does appear smoother for a couple weeks after each treatment.
