I was a tenant here for a little over a year. At first I liked their large-rock lot, but after watching my tires and axles as I maneuver in this place, I’ve decided that it’s not at all good for my RV. During the wet season, the rocks got pushed down into the dirt leaving ruts. When there weren’t ruts, the rocks would form soft ruts just from being pushed aside. On a multi-axle RV like mine, the last thing you want is for those tires which need to be sliding sideways to instead be trying to get over the top of a hill of rocks or a rut. It’s probably fine for a single-axle trailer or a two-axle motor home, but not for other large rigs. I also had a problem with an adjacent tenant taking up part of my space and the management was ineffective at getting this problem resolved even after several months of my complaints.
