I am extremely frustrated with the outcome of my dealings with this company. We’ve had the same tech out three times for a non-​working (three year old) AC. The first time we paid $ 100 for him to tell us we needed to change our filter. The second time he decided to thaw our line and caused extensive water damage to the unit below us (we still have an open insurance claim that will likely cost us our $ 1,000 deductible) and he merely added a pound of coolant. The third time he came out he added a «leak sealant» for $ 250. That was a week ago and as of last night, we are experiencing the exact same problem.
As much as I want them to fix this issue for good (and not pay another service charge with another company), I can’t trust them to actually fix the problem the next time they come out. We are expecting a baby any day and it’s obviously important to have working climate control in the middle of summer.
The only reason I gave them a second star is that they were reasonably quick to respond each time we had to call, we are just done calling.

they did an excellent job, I had them worked on two projects, one install the outdoor ventilation door because birds get into it, they finished the job with reasonable price. Another project involved install the overhead microwave oven with the external ventilation, the tech finished the job in two hours.
I will definitely recommend them to other people.

We had CR Mechanical come out and install a furnace for our home. They came in at a good price and gave us a good idea as to what was needed and a schedule for the install. The install was done by Craig, it was done in a timely manner and when he was done you couldn’t tell he was even here… except for the nice new furnace we had. He cleaned up everything and took it all with him. I highly recommend these guys for any HVAC work you may need.

We have used CR Mechanical for both small repairs and larger installations. They have always been helpful in explaining what service was necessary, and willing to give us different options. I thought the quotes for the different options were fair, and easy to understand.
We have needed to call for a few different reasons, ranging from routine checks to emergencies, and every time we were contacted promptly. During scheduled visits, they have always arrived on time.
