Fast. Clean. Filling. I needed to grab a bite to eat before a concert at the nearby amphitheater. The best part is getting to watch my food being cooked, especially when the line-cook knows their stuff. My eggs and my grilled chicken were served up lickety-split. Hot, salty, a little greasy, they filled me up properly before I went on to my event. Plus, the price is always right.

UNBELIEVABLE! I arrived by myself as a first-time customer. Upon entering, I was greeted by shrieking and screams from the staff. They spoke in jibberish to one another laughin’, hootin’ and hollerin’ as if the place was closed. Granted, I was the ONLYCUSTOMER in the place, but seriously?!? The only one with a semblance of professionalism was Taylor who was new to the restaurant. She took my order and helped me to choose a combo plate. I attempted to read a book I had brought for my ‘SURREAL” experience, but was unable to concentrate due to all of the craziness in the background. When a Waffle House manager finally walked in wearing an identifiable polo shirt, I thought an «ADULT» has finally arrived. «WRONG!!!» He started hootin’ and hollerin’ right along with the crazies! Then, came the shift change. More crazies arrived with screamin’. I can’t believe this is a real business and a chain, no less. I will NEVER return again! The food was greasy and left me feeling nauseated. It was so UNCLEAN and DISGUSTING. GROSS!

As far as Waffle house goes, this is the cream of the crop. The food is always hearty, greasy, and delicious and I have always thought the staff were great. There is usually high turnover at WaHo but I have seen the same workers time and time again.

OMG!!! Worse service I have ever experienced, we walked in at 12:15 on a Sunday morning and four tables open which should have been the first clue of something is not right. Not one member of the staff said good morning like you hear at every other Waffle House. Let me make one thing very clear … They were not busy… We sat at a dirty table for over 16 minutes… The waitress passed by us three times and never said a word much less eye contact or even sign language… Worst excuse for a Waffle House I have ever seen. CAUTION!!!

Service with a smile even on Easter. The first impression of this particular Waffle House was not a good one, we had just moved back into town and being as such we had long distance phone numbers. Well we called in a takeout order and was told to call back in 5 minutes after my order was taken, just because I had an out of area phone number. Okay i get it, you get cranked called, but I wish I would have been told this before my order was taken. A little flustered and not wanting to waste any more time on the phone trying to insist that i was an actual customer I rode up to the waffle house and viola my food was ready. I was greeted with a smile, called by name in and out in less than 5 minutes. PERFECT. I will go back again next time I’m in the area and want a greasy spoon to eat.

This Waffle House is located right off 400(holcomb bridge) in Roswell. It has a small parking lot that it shares with a shopping center, so parking can be tight at peak times on the weekends. We usually are seated immediately, and the servers are friendly. They always go out of there way to make my toddler smile which is nice. The food was good, hot, and fresh(as fresh as WaHo gets at least) and I didn’t have any complaints. The only reason I took off one star is because my husband keeps telling me someone got shot there years ago, which freaks me out.
