Cashier stood there rubbing/picking his eye instead of taking my order. Finally I asked, «Are you ready?» And he responds, «Yeah.» So I ordered a decaf, and he says they don’t have any. I asked for a pour over and he says they don’t do that here. So I settle for a decaf Americano(at a higher price) and then the other woman working there says, «Oh we have decaf.» The cashier says, «Well it wasn’t labeled.» So he then proceeds to handling my cup and lid while pouring my decaf, with the same unwashed hands he had knuckle deep into his eye socket a minute ago. Okay, so I admit I’m a bit of a germophope, but I just couldn’t drink it after what I witnessed. Poor experience tonight at what is usually a good store.

What’s a glazed donut without some coffee? Am I right or am I right? We were right across the street at Krispy Kreme and spotted this Starbucks while waiting in line for our donuts. After the trek crossing a major intersection twice, we made it to the Holy Land. Once inside, we quickly decided on our orders and made them right away so we could head back to Krispy Kreme. To my dismay, the baristas were talking it up with a cop(whom, of course, I should owe some respect). But as a result, no drinks were being made, and we just stood there and stared until the cop left before the baristas got to work on our drinks. I knew it was a Saturday night, close to closing time, but we should still be owed the 3 minute standard benchmark from ordering to receiving our drink.

I’m not one to review a Starbucks, as they’re somewhat all the same. However, I felt the need to share my experience here. I had ordered a tall latte with caramel, toffee nut, and cinnamon dolce. Not that difficult, right? Wrong. The barista(short black woman) on cash register gave me some serious attitude. Rolling her eyes and sighing while taking my and my fiancé’s order. I sarcastically asked if that was okay, picking up on her attitude and she ignored me and walked to the back.(If you give me attitude be prepared for me to give you attitude right back!) Extremely bad customer service and I feel bad for her coworkers! I’m giving three stars because my drink was fantastic, as always!

I like this Starbucks and everyone is really friendly, they have good baristas, and it’s in a good location. The only thing I don’t like is it very loud. I do really like the set up in here. They have a lot of space to sit and lots of tables.

This Starbucks is really a terrific place — bigger than most outposts(seriously, it’s HUGE) and with a staff friendly enough to make up for the fact that they have no drive-through, it’s an excellent choice if you’re craving a $ 4 cup of coffee with enough calories and sugar to make you wonder why you didn’t just get a milkshake! Seriously, though, this place is all right. It seems like their bakery and food case always has more options than any other Starbucks(on my last visit, I spotted truffled mac and cheese!) and they’re one of a very small number of Starbucks in the country with a license to serve wine and beer. So if you don’t feel like hitting the caffeine late at night, stop in here for some red!

The barista had to make my caramel macchiato three times before she got it right, but her willing and positive attitude made the experience feel like an inconvenience undone. Thanks, Starbucks, for hiring great staff.

I’m from Portland Oregon and worked at Starbucks for 5 years while in college. I love Starbucks! I recently moved to GA and this Starbucks on Alpharetta HWY is close to me. I went in today because I received a coupon for 50% off a frap on my sbux app. I walked in with one customer in line in front of me. After she finished with the first customer, I was up and she walked away from me. I thought it was ok at first because I’ve worked at sbux, sometimes you need to grab brewed coffee or start brewing more. But she walked over to a counter and just stood there. Eventually she came over and asked what I wanted. Carmel frap and one iced coffee. I let her know I received the 50% coupon on my app but i didn’t have any money on my sbux card, I was holding a $ 20 so I could reload it. After I told her I didn’t have any money on my card she replied, «well you need money to pay sir!». I handed her the $ 20 and asked her if I could put it on my card. She paused then took the $ 20 and put it on my card. She then said what did you want to order again. I started waiting for my drinks, frap came out within a few minutes. Another custom came in after me and ordered a cappuccino. Her cap came out first and I was still waiting for my iced coffee. After the barista handed out the cap he was just standing there. I looked at him and he realized something up he found my iced coffee and made it. Coffee taste good. Service sucked, I wont return to this location.

I like this location then most. It’s big with lots of seating. The staff is friendly and quick which helps when I’m in a rush in the morning. Only wish they had drive-thru.

This is my favorite Starbucks location on the planet. Not just because it’s an evenings store, with a clover machine and tons of space. The staff is awesome. Some of the friendliest shift managers!

I have been a loyal Starbucks fan for over a decade and besides the quality of coffee they serve, I really appreciated the great customer service its customers. Unfortunately, at this Starbucks location, I got neither. With a lady behind the counter who did not as much as acknowledge my presence with minimum courtesy eye contact, she laid the coffee cups I ordered for my family on the counter and never told me they were ready. She did not even bother to ask for our names so she could let us know the order was ready. Follow that by a mouthful of coffee grounds as I got to the last 1⁄8 of my lukewarm decaf cup of coffee. Very disappointed. My coffee is on you $ 4 card?- sure, but never at your store again, thank you!

This Starbucks is in a wonderful location that’s easily visible from Alpharetta highway. I had some time to kill before leaving town so I stopped here. Not only was the staff courteous and efficient, but the location was very clean and well-managed. I drank my latte outside and although the outdoor seating area doesn’t have that great of a view, it’s kept very tidy by the staff. I will definitely come back to this location whenever I am in town. Great experience!

I like this location very much. It was clean and is very large. The whole area is starting to see a lot of new business which makes me happy. The barista was friendly and efficient. My drink was perfect .The people watching was phenomenal. A total mixed crew ranging from creepy old guy to a midget and 5 members of a local cricket team. The music was a little bit too loud.

Was there today and I have to say this was one of the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. The floors were littered with food and wrappers, while the bottles closest to the counter front had syrup in long forgotten streams down the back. It’s interesting to watch staff set up a display in the case while stepping past obvious dust coated display racks and trash. Great coffee, perfectly fine service, but I can’t imagine what the bathrooms might have looked like.

HEYEVERYONE — THISISONEOFTHEFEWSTARBUCKSLOCATIONSTOOFFERBEER/WINE ANDSMALLPLATESINTHEEVENINGS! Did you hear that?! Booze at Starbucks! Right now this branch is the guinea pig for the beer/wine/food concept. I’m so glad this place is the guinea pig — it’s large, spacious, good location and a great staff. A lot of Starbucks that I visit are small, cramped and labeled as «cozy.» I don’t like that. I like to spread out. I take up room. My purse needs it’s own chair, people! This was the perfect place to meet a girlfriend and chit-chat over coffee on a rainy Sunday afternoon. I had some gift cards to burn and the man behind the register was really nice. I told my friend to use the remaining balance on my card because I never come here without a gift card and the man behind the registered jumped in on the conversation and made us laugh. We got to talking about the new ideas rolling out and he interjected into the conversations at just the right time to make us chuckle without being creepy. A fine line to teeter on, my friend. I ordered a tall Chai Tea Latte, my friend ordered a sandwich and a venti iced black tea. I don’t know the total because my gift cards covered them both. Woo! Yay gift cards! Despite the line that was building, the man running the expresso/milk steamer was on the ball. My drink was ready less than two minutes later. Yep, that’s my Tall Chai Tea Latte buddy! Finding a place to sit was easy in this place. We could have opted for some comfortable looking leather chairs, but we found a small table instead. There were quite a few people meeting up and chatting, but the noise level never got too loud. We must have come at the perfect time, too, because when we sat down the line got really long. My drink was exactly what I ordered — hot and flavorful. I’m a big fan of Chai Tea Lattes and enjoyed making them when I worked at Starbucks in high school(notice that name drop, eh). Nothing fancy about my drink — warm and simple. We sat and chatted for two and a half hours and never once felt rushed. No one ever made us feel unwelcome or stared at us to make us move. The line ebbed and flowed, people came and went, but there was never a time when anyone was looking around for a seat. I’ll definitely be back to try the beer/wine and small plates menu. Stay tuned!

«Coffee You’re on the bench. Alcohol, suit up!» When is a Starbucks more than a Starbucks? When it serves wine and beer as well as coffee! Talk about hitting all my addictions, can’t wait to visit the Starbucks in Colorado and Washington to see what they got going on at those shops! Along with beer and wine this Starbucks also offers a special menu of small plates such as a Blue Brie cheese plate, an artichoke and goat cheese flatbread, and Truffle Mac n cheese, as well as special desserts such as Chocolate fondue, Salted caramel cheesecake brownie. Wine and beer are available after 4pm. The wine is available by glass for $ 6-$ 10 or bottles for $ 29 and up. Beers are $ 4 – 5. Making the prices for alcohol better than the prices for coffee drinks! I don’t know if this concept will be expanded, but in the meantime… I will take that Cabernet in a Venti cup please…

This Starbucks location is a terrific place to work, away from work. Every time I visit, I get a ton done… and a nice cup of joe to go along. The single drawback is that it’s really noisy inside. They serve a lot of food, and their oven has this beep that reminds me of an infusion pump alarm in a hospital. And it’s REALLY loud. Sometimes, when they’re busy, they just let the thing beep. A bucket list entry would be taking a shotgun to the thing. Seriously though, as Starbucks go, this is a good location with plenty of seating inside and out.

This is a big olé starbucks. Can seat a whole crowd. Seating outside, too. They have the wines, too. But, it is plain as heck inside. A square building on the inside without any remarkable character or up-to-date style. Oh yeah, same olé starbucks fare.
