Made an appointment for a fill in and pedicure with gel polish on my toes and pink and white solar nails fill in. When I arrived only two employees in the salon and one was with a customer. They started right away on my nails but obviously she didn’t want to do them correctly with new pink and white she only wanted to add pink. When I informed her I wanted them done the correct way then she got upset because it would take longer and taxed my ticket by $ 15 so now the normal $ 30 fill in I am accustomed to getting is $ 45 and they don’t have time to do a $ 35 pedicure they only have time for a $ 25 gel polish change… A regular gel polish change at my normal salon is $ 15 and they don’t get upset with me for asking for what I want. I will not go back to Regal. I ended up with no pedicure and no polish change on my toes. Not only was I highly over charged the lady ASKME where her tip was after she finished my nails.

I am a BIG man(6’5″, 350 lbs) I got a pedicure here a few months ago– very pleasant. Today? never again. First off to the lady doing my(HUGE) feet. SHUTUP!!! I know a foreign language sounds worse but… do you HAVE to keep jabbering away the whole time? I had a splitting head ache by the time I left. I got the distinct impression that you didn’t care what you were doing… Your head was constantly turned away, jabbering. The other folks there were focused on their work. The first time, was very attentive, working on my(diabetic) feet. scraping and peeling. Today? very very basic.(last time was so wonderful I came back, despite your kids being there and… jabbering away(maybe head phones?) Why– in the middle of doing my feet, did you mumble something– then go to the back for 5 – 10 minutes? and then not understand why I was pissed off when you came back? will not/can not recommend this place. will not set foot(foot! get it?) in there again.

This place deserves no stars. I went in because it was a Saturday and I was short on time. I needed to get my eyebrows done next door and they were busy, I decided I’d get my nails done. I had solar nails under my nails and gel nail polish. One of my nails was chipped and needed to be removed.(The acrylic part) The lady that sat me down seemed to be the owner. She was rough on my nails and she almost teared my nail bed off, it hurt tremendously. She also kept on shoving my cuticle in with her sharp a** nails. I hated it. I tried to be the most patient but if it wasn’t for the fact that I wanted my nail fixed I would have left. It seems that they’re simply not careful at all. A customer came in needing her eyebrows waxed and the lady that took her almost made her pass out. She was very rough. They don’t seem like a clean facility. HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE.

Read the review that was given and while I agree their situation was not handled well; however it is a small business /nail salon in Wal-Mart and not a «Salon» that caters to an exclusive clientele. Especially a group of 4 in a hurry with no appointments. Sure walk ins are welcome, the bane of their existence and probably 75% of their business(again they are in Wal-Mart for convenience) but usually a walk in is 1 person asking if they have time and if they do not you leave then. So cut them so slack. They made good on the blouse(even though prompting was required) and it is what it is… again not a 5 star salon in the Waldorf Astoria… but Wal-Mart. So don’t go back. These folks will still get the business of the Wal-Mart shoppers who need a quick and cheap deal. As far as their work; they do as well and better than other nail salons close by who offer equivalent service for«drop ins» too. If you want a 5 Star treatment… go to a 5STAR salon an pay 100 to get your toes done… you many even get a glass of wine to boot.

Was staying nearby and needed a salon for 4 of us gals, found on GPS, was in a Wal-mart, first entering found to be small and dingy, we were on a time crunch, so we were all able to sit down, two other customers getting toes done as well, manager said no worries will start, well we all had our feet soaking, and waited over 15min, there was no other help in the salon, we decided we had to leave, because just couldn’t stay, my mom even offered tip for sitting for 15 min, as we were getting up noticed sister’s massage chair had no cover on the mechanical parts and here back was laying against it, guess the massage wheels pulled the cover up while she was sitting, we basically run out the door and GPS another salon, and find out her blouse got a big tear hole and black track marks, so return the next day, and guy said, well we can ‘t be sure that is a hole or marks from our chair and said we had to wait two hours for manager to come in to verify, it was so ridiculous, so sis went to manager of Wal-Mart, and he was the nicest man ever, he totally went into the salon, demanded they provide great customer service and give her compensation for her ruined blouse, i would not recommend this salon to anyone, i can’t say i know what their nail work is like, but from the dirtiness and poor customer service I would never go back to the salon.
