I read somewhere recently that the Millennials love them some Red Lobster. Even though I am a Generation X(who comes up with these names?), I guess I am a Millennial in heart and stomach, cause guess who loves the Red Lobster? I do. I grew up in Fairfax Virginia in 70’s and 80’s and the Red Lobster was really the only good seafood option in town. My buddy Chris and I would go there for the endless bowls of shrimp to see who could eat the most without doing a Mr. Creosote scene from Monty Python’s The Meaning of Life(for those of you who don’t know what I’m talking about — look it up or as my kids say«search up» — which drives me nuts– on YouTube). Glad the younger peeps appreciate the Big Red. Food is good(my kids love it) and the service is excellent. I could do without the crack /brothel hotels nearby but you can’t have everything in life. Now, just one more wafer thin mint? Ok, shove it in.

Just an overall«ok» experience. The front of the house needs Management attention. Only waited approx 20 – 25 minutes for our terrible and heard the 2 hostess talking bad about a customer who was«rude» to them, and one girl kept her drink/straw in her mouth almost the entire time. Just appeared very amateurish. Our server was nice, the food was ok at best. I had lobster tacos and there was very little meat in them. My suggestion is do it right– charge more and add the proper meat. Don’t offer some half glass full product that is disappointing. Won’t return to Red Lobster unless I end up with a gift card at some Christmas exchange party this year.

Not really impress spent 50 $ for 2 people wasn’t satisfied. Maybe next time I’ll think about just grabbing something from the seafood department.

This was the second time I’ve eaten at the Roswell location in 4 weeks, and I’ve been disappointed both times with the food prep. Starting with salad, the Caesar salad is absolutely drenched in dressing, to the point the croutons are less than crispy, and the romaine lettuce is so coated you can barely taste the romaine flavor. Main entrees served pretty quickly, no complaint there, but seafood not completely cooked through and served not quite lukewarm. This has happened twice on two different entrée choices, so I don’t think I caught at bad times. Second time was early Sunday 5⁄15 lunch, and our server obviously had better things to do than wait on us, check on us, inquire about our food quality or keep our drinks refilled. Not a good experience. The prices are too high to repeat this so we have crossed RL of our list. I can go down the street to Captain D’s and have a hot fresh meal for less than half the price with no tip. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, shame on you, this fool doesn’t need a third time.

We come here very often because the food is so good. Sometimes they might have a waiter or two who don’t do very well but for the most part, they have good customer service. They have great deals, great food, and a nice ambiance. I recommend this location!

Have been eating at the Holcomb Bridge location for many years but haven’t been able to get back there for a while so decided to eat there with family members on Easter Sunday. I’m not sure what happened but the food was just awful. Crab cake appetizer was burnt, dry & doesn’t come with its usual dipping sauce. Couldn’t eat it because it was so terrible. Main entrée was terrible also. Lobster tail was uncooked. Sent it back for the cook to grill it but all they did was throw some garlic butter sauce on it & send it back. The shrimp scampi was burnt. The blue cheese dressing on the side salad was bitter & had no sign of blue cheese in it. This restaurant has either changed management or chefs. All I know is that I will not go back there ever again. Extremely disappointed.

This is my second time visiting this location. We went on a busy Friday night. The wait time was not bad. The restaurant was full which was a good thing in my opinion. Our server was Igor. Igor is the best. He was quick to take our drink and appetizer orders. He brought us biscuit and our drinks pretty fast. The food order didn’t take long either which was surprising considering how packed the place was that night. I don’t know what other reviewers are talking about but this is Red Lobster. You know what to expect when you go to Red Lobster. I was thrilled they had a lot of new menu items and Lobster Fest was going on at the time. I ordered the Lobster Lover’s Dream and a glass of Jam Jar wine which I was pleased to see that they have on the drink list now. The two lobster tails were delicious. Tender not over cooked. I was happy to have the asparagus and new menu item String Beans with Fire Roasted Tomatoes. Delicious. I was so full I couldn’t even think about the dessert menu. All in all it was a great time and great service.

Since my visit to «The Pine Tree State», when I visit Red Lobster I have only ordered homarus americanus. The steamed lobster I have eaten from here has been great. Not hard to mess it up unless it is over or under cooked. The lobster is accompanied with melted butter, corn on the cob and potatoes. On my most recent visit, I requested a house salad sans dressing. I have always liked Red Lobster’s Cheddar Bay Biscuits. The speed of service can vary, but I have not experienced any major issues, besides being brought water with ice when I request water without ice. On a future visit, I may break from ordering a crustacean and try their fish & chips.

It’s a shame any fish had to die to end up on a plate at dread lobster. Not only does the fish suck, the sides are even worse. If you thought there is no way to ruin green beans… try again. Lobster was under cooked. Salad was a bag of lettuce from publix with two cherry tomatoes and a old sliver of onion. Pay the extra money and get real seafood at pappdeaux.

Went with six members of the family on a crowded Sunday. Amazingly, we were seated fairly quickly and the service was pretty good. That’s about as far as «good» goes… oh! And those wonderful Red Lobster biscuits. Good thing they were there because my fish and chips tasted like old shoe leather and the fries were dry as dust. Clearly this meal had sat out under the heat lamps well before I got there. My wife and mother’s fried shrimp was lots of fry… hardly and shrimp. A huge ball of greased fried dough with a tiny shrimp hidden somewhere inside. But thinking that this must be a fluke, my wife and I went back a few weeks later. Same results. I even think it was the same fry oil because now it even tasted rancid. Last trip to THIS Red Lobster. I’ll stay home and fix a PB&J first.

Red lobster is red lobster. It is middle of the road corporate seafood when you feel like seafood and want something convenient and reasonably priced.

I came for dinner tonight and it was just one thing after another. Unfortunately I haven’t been here in years and this experience solidifies why my family and I will never come back. As someone that was a server for several years thru school I understand when someone has a bad night, but tonight was someone just being blatantly careless so I was inspired to write this review. 1) First, we didn’t have a server, it appeared to be more of a floor manager. He noted that it was a slow night so he let some of his staff go home early.(Which, I totally get and quite frankly I thought we’d be getting even better service. It was downhill from here.) 2) Wrong Entrees — A different server brought us the wrong entrees, was confused when he realized he was missing a dish(mine) and asked me what I ordered. He left the table. We sat there waiting for our server to come. He picked the wrong dishes up from us maybe 5 minutes later and swung back to the kitchen. 3) Dirty Silverware — Our server drops our right entrees, my mothers spoon on her soup bowl looked like someone had just taken a taste of her soup. Disgusted as this point. The server apologizes and brings a clean spoon(But who would want that soup or any food from here at that point??) 4) Unattentive — I ask the server to please bring me our bill. He drops it off, leaves the dirty dishes in front of me(I had my napkin ontop, I was clearly done… my dish sits) He comes back to pick up the signed receipt and takes the one dish in front of me. He’s about to walk away and I ask him if he could also clear the other two dirty entrée dishes. And then, not for nothing, but you would think that he would discounted our bill given the night. Not a chance. Disappointed. I’m not looking for a gold spoon, I *know* we aren’t at a 5 star restaurant because I’ve worked at one. I’m talking about what I consider just the fundamental basics.

Visited on a Saturday around 3pm and it was pretty slow inside. Shocked that we had a wait and the service was slow. The maple glazed chicken had no maple glaze. The biscuits are as awesome as they have been. The Seaside Shrimp Trio is filling and delicious.

This is my favorite location! We went during a down time because our videographer was running late. I had not been out this far in a while. However it was a blessing that I stopped. The service here exceeded expectations. I had more than my share of cheddar biscuits & my coconut shrimp was phenomenal! If ever in Roswell, do your tummy a favor by stopping by!

It’s just a Red Lobster, but still… I was the only customer at the bar at lunchtime and was completely ignored by three different employees for at least ten minutes, as was the lady next to me trying to pick up a to-go order. This place is woefully understaffed and the few people that do work here are pretty much clueless. I wasn’t in a hurry so I actually thought the ineptness I was witnessing was kind of funny. I was charged double for my lunch, which was served without silverware. I mean really, one customer and you get the two basics dead wrong. I know it’s hard to find good help these days but this is a ship without a rudder. The food was decent, the service was a total disaster. Two stars is generous.

Nasty smell upon entering restaurant. Restroom was 100% dirty. I hope and pray the kitchen was not like restroom. Coconut shrimp was cooked to much. Baked potato wasn’t cooked enough and was cold. Disgusted! Never eat here!!!’

Quick, affordable seafood. Accurate in ordering, friendly service. Although the fried calamari was actually a plate of about 4 pieces calamari and the rest fried broccoli and fried red peppers… strange. Otherwise, typical chain seafood fare. I always get the snow crab legs and they didn’t disappoint. The cheddar bay biscuits were hot and fresh.

Visited for lunch earlier this week. Apparently the restaurant was a bit understaffed as it did not appear that there were many in the restaurant yet there were a couple of parties waiting to be seated. Hostess informed me there would be a little wait unless I preferred to eat in the bar. Accepted the offer and was handed a menu and sent on my way. After a brief wait a bartender appeared and took my order. The $ 7.99 Shrimp Taco lunch was OK. Served with rice pilaf and an increasingly dry, hard slice of lime. The best part of the food experience was the cheddar bay biscuits that Red Lobster does all so well. Cleaned my plate and was about 10 minutes before the bartender made it back to the bar from where ever they were disappearing too to take care of the check. Food was ok, service was pleasant. Just don’t be in a hurry.

Lobster fest is always worth checking out! I honestly haven’t been to a Red Lobster in about 6 months and was hoping the dishes for Lobster fest would look just like the commercials! We started off with the Lobster Dip. This Lobster dip was so bad we had to return it! The Lobster tasted as if it were dipped in salt and the chips were stale! Very bad! We returned it for the Stuffed Mushrooms which were supposed to have lobster in them, but I didn’t see any. I was very disappointed again. The Berry Mango Daiquiri was delicious and pretty but I honestly thought they forgot to add the alcohol. The server wasn’t very attentive. I feel like he was all over the place and moving so fast as though he forgot where he was going. My Caesar salad was also drowning in dressing. I was going to tell the server but he was nowhere to be found. The main entrée came out very good! It was the Dueling Lobster Tails. One Lobster tail was in a garlic sauce with little shrimp and the second Lobster tail was nicely stuffed. The presentation of the meal was good as well! It came with a baked potato and string beans which were also good. It’s hard to judge a Red Lobster restaurant since it’s a chain. The location in Buford is amazing but this one needs some work.
